ОтветитьI fell , a foosh fall, broke my radial head in the right elbow. Had surgery, i have most of my mobility and strength back after a year...but my right side is so tight. The back, the hip, the shoulder. I slept only on my left because the arm. Also tend ti be right arm dominate. Holding babies, grandbabies on my right hip. I have alot of work to do get things back in shape! Thank you!

ОтветитьI accidentally found a good method for getting some decompression on my bad side.
I sit with my feet under my backside, like they tell you not to do because of the knee pressure. Then I take my hands and press against my thighs near my knee for about 5-10 seconds. It usually gets a few good cracks and a nice stretch that I can’t replicate with any other exercise I’ve found.
I have recently developed sciatica in my right hip and a very tight lower back on my right side. It feels as if the tightness is both very low near the pelvis and even up near the middle back at times. I am 6’5” 280 and gained about 40 lbs during the pandemic that is stubbornly hanging on. I’m 50, but have great cardio despite my size. I run for at least 5-8 miles at least 3x per week, but the pain has prevented me from running for the last few months. Any advice on correcting this?

ОтветитьI just watched this and happen to work something out, I tried the stretch holding arm up which gave light stretch then I just tried to do the test of how to check the tightness running my hand down my side while holding the arm up and it stretches so much more it felt amazing

ОтветитьI am now understanding the cause of some of my lower back and leg pain. I have right thoracolumbar curve scoliosis an angle of 40 degrees and apex at C12. My left side is so sunken that my rib cage is so close to my hip. At times I do feel a tight pull in my back muscles on the left side. I will be practicing these stretches to try to relieve some of the tightness.
ОтветитьI did some lateral lunges recently and now I have pain there in my left side. I'm gonna try the first stretch! And I'll try not to go too deep in my lunge to the left. And make sure my form is proper. Thanks fellas!
Ответитьmy upper right back seems to be a lot bigger than my upper left and it pulls my entire spine and neck out of alignment constantly. i have to go to chiro once a week and I'm only 22. im trying to even out my back muscles to see if that fixes it but it doesnt seem to be changing much

When I do them side bends I feel like my ribs are hurting my hip bone feels like I got a digging in to the oblique muscle even when I sit down and bend forward I get pain in the oblique area why is this any 1 els have had this issue
