my trip to italy was: 1. Venice, 2. Florence, 3. Rome, 4. Naples (3 days - 1st day Amalfi coast, 2nd Pompeii, 3rd day Capri)
ОтветитьNow, show us the Italy that is south of Rome, please.
ОтветитьThe lakes Verona Lucca...
Rome and Naples are better to be done in another trip with campania
Could you do a budget on these kinds of trips? I wanna know how much I should be saving
ОтветитьDon't go to Pisa. Go to Siena instead. Same distance from Florence, way more beautiful, MUCH MUCH MORE TO SEE
ОтветитьIf you really, really, really want to see the real Italy, it’s south of Rome & North of Naples.
There’s nothing to do, or see, except enjoy the solitude, lack of tourists, and be amazed at the beauty of the Apennine Range.
It’s where God let’s your soul unwind.
How about Bologna 😢
ОтветитьTips: spend a few days in the big cities and visit them well, but to relax go to small countryside villages.
ОтветитьThat trip you outlined was my first trip to Italy 🇮🇹 from Germany 🇩🇪 . I took a train though.
ОтветитьEverybody just needs to do what they want/need. I now prioritize travel over a fancy, large house or new car. I'm disabled and on a strict budget. I am returning to Italy for two months and Paris for one. I have been blessed to travel by car on previous trips through nine countries and am now concentrating on my favorite cities and feeding my addictions to museums, history and food 😅😊❤
ОтветитьPlease... Don't. I'm aware that everyone would like to see as much as possible when going on vacation... It's normal...but still, please, do not do this. At the end of the day, your choice is not "should I only visite one place or should I use my ten days to visit all the mainstream places". Ten days and you'll barely have a glimpse of Roma. It's the same about Firenze or Napoli or Venezia. The only real choice is "what place in Italy should I spent my time in?". Focus on that, pick up your place and then spend your ten days soaking in it. You can driving around a bit... But there's no point in spending half of your journey in airports and stations and then devote 2-3 days to cities that can surprise you even after years ( believe me, I spent 4 years in Rome and I still miss a bunch of sites and museums).
ОтветитьVisiting in November. Itinerary:
2 days in Rome 1 in Capri 1 in Positano 2 in Florence and 1.5 in Venice. Any suggestions/ recommendations greatly appreciated!! 😊
Nope nope, this is actually the WORST way to travel pretty much anywhere. You'll be doing nothing, just running around like crazy trying to see new stuff and eventually you'll just end up tired af and with zero experience of the country. Every single city in Italy is full of historical sites, even for the smallest towns you need to take at least two full days to explore, when it comes to the most famous ones 4-5 days are required.
I highly suggest to take your time and choose just 2-3 cities if you're coming for the first time and truly take time to explore and try new stuff!
Me, an Italian who spends 90% of his summer just on the alps
ОтветитьGo to San Felice Circeo in July/August (fly into Rome, rent a car, it is an hour drive South) - rent a holiday home with a garden, enjoy the beaches, the Circeo, the restaurants, takes day trip to Rome, take a day trip to Naples (Pompeii and Vesuv) and a day trip to Isola di Ponza by ferry. The rest just relaxx on the beach and eat and eat and eat all the gorgeous Italian food (and a bit of shopping, of course)
ОтветитьSo my favourite list is millefiori at the border up north lovely food, great icecream and really good markets including leathershoes and really good and worthwhile handmade gold jewellry, then Turino absolutly lovely place and one of the best nightclub experiances in my life also the clothes there and in Milan beautiful as to venice take the boat to the trainstation from the airport if you have flown in so beautiful…and cheap ! and avoid the hottest summer months .
ОтветитьYou should go to Naples, it's beautiful and you should eat the real pizza.
ОтветитьPisa? Skip!!!!! It's a tourist trap. So many other great places near Florence that are amazing, like Siena, Arezzo, Luca, Bologna.
ОтветитьRip South Italy, nobody ever talks about us😓
ОтветитьKacie, do you give tours?
ОтветитьYou dont need full just for murano and burano. Also, if you want to buy murano glass, buy it only in murano, not venice or other places. They can often come from china or somewhere else, not murano
ОтветитьThis trip is very inland. For us here in Germany italy is famous for the coast and the beaches which isn't included at all in this trip.
ОтветитьRisotto is my favourite food! I live in a city near Venice, Vicenza
ОтветитьI think I'd rather spend 10 days at each of her suggestions. 😉
ОтветитьMe and my bf are in Italy right now! We are spending two weeks here and are trip is almost over. We went to Florence then Amalfi and now we are in Catania!
ОтветитьResign yourself to the fact that there's no way you'll manage to see even 1% of what Italy has to offer in 10 days. Ain't gonna happen! So make a list of priorities, factor in the time of year you're going, and start planning from there.
ОтветитьNOOOO I wanna also do Naples and the Amalfi coast and cave places near Puglia you showed.. and maybe Sardinia or Sicily too? Can this be done in 2 weeks if I cut Milan and do 2 days in Rome instead of 4?
ОтветитьCan you make one for the “hidden gems” of Italy? Spots that tourists usually don’t know about
ОтветитьThank you for taking the time to inform us!! ❤
ОтветитьMy granddaughter went to Italy as her Senior class trip from Georgia USA! The first email was there were people asking for money! 😂 She was shocked that this went on outside of the ATL! 😂😂😂 She did enjoy the trip though!
ОтветитьSo I’m looking at the itinerary but I’m not seeing where we go the “Get Italian Husband” part of the trip that was Advertised
Ответитьactually, if you come to Italy, stay a bit more... cause you still need to see not only Milan, Venice, Florence and Rome, but also: Turin, Cuneo e Langhe, 5 terre, Dolomiti e le tre cime di Lavaredo, the Chianti, Lucca, Pisa, Bologna, Ravenna, NAPOLI (Naples), Costiera Amalfitana, Ischia, Capri, Procida, Cilento, Salento, Matera, Palermo, Eolie islands, Siracusa, Sardinia (Orosei gulf and "golfo degli aranci")... the list is not over... there are little cities and places which are astonishing: Recanati, Assisi, Montepulciano, Bobbio, Caserta (Reggia di Caserta), Valli di Comacchio, Lake of Como, Garda Lake, Modena/Bologna to visit the city and especially Ferrari, Ducati, Pagani, Lamborghini and Maserati Museums, Tropea in the region of Calabria... the list still not over but I guess I need to stop... enjoy Italy!
ОтветитьBRAVA......... allways boykott central Italy......Romagna, Marche, Umbria, Abruzzo.
You have no clue my friend.
"biyuranou and miyuranou" le isole della laguna....
ОтветитьFlorence get gelato
ОтветитьI can’t hear what your saying over the ‘background’ music!!
ОтветитьI really dont like this lady .She never bother to answer my question on another vid .So Baffa
ОтветитьI did most of that my first trip minus Milan. I want to see the smaller villages, wineries, etc, next time, primarily Tuscany & Umbria.
Ответитьand as always turin is not even considered part of Italy...we should make a petition to become again a part of france ngl
ОтветитьWhen I went to Italy this was actually scarily similar expect I went to Lake Como instead of Venice and the dates of mine were different.
ОтветитьWho eats veal? That is really sick to tell people to kill baby animals. Or any animals!
ОтветитьNAPLES! and Capri, Ischia, Vesuvio, Costiera amalfitana, Sorrento, Reggia Caserta, Pompei..all these within 30 miles!
ОтветитьWhat small cities do you recommend?
ОтветитьI did like 2.5 days in Rome, hopped on a train to stay in Salerno, took ferries to positano and capri, last day went to Pompeii the. Hopped on a train to Venice for three days (visited Murano and burano) then hopped on a train back to Rome to fly home. It was the most memorable trip I’ve ever had in my life and I wish I had a Time Machine to go back!!!!
ОтветитьThat's the EF Tours tour🥰🥰 That was my itinerary when I went with them, gosh, 33 years ago ❤
ОтветитьI'll go if I don't have to get vexed
ОтветитьWHAT ABOUT NAPOLIIIII
ОтветитьThere is so much to see in Italy that unless you got at least a month is a good idea to visit different areas during different trips over several months/years,
ОтветитьId fly straight into Venice/Rome instead of Milan - you’re wasting a day of travel going into a city you’re only spending one night in
ОтветитьI spent 8 full days in Rome and I missed plenty of stuff...🤯🤯
