Shouldn't you disable the "Configure Automatic Updates" setting in your group policy settings instead of changing the update detection frequency? Doing this should disable automatic updates whereas disabling the update detection frequency setting will just change the interval at which Windows checks for updates back to the default of 22 hours.

This doesn't really fix the issue. There is no way to disable the UpdateOrchestra service. And attempting to fix any item in Task Scheduler for UpdateOrchestra request a password for user "S-1-5-18". What even is that? Fixing this problem is what needs to be shown. I do not know what to do.
