You’ve been loving my overnight oats lately so I wanted to come up with a super fresh Springy flavor and these are 10/10. I love adding hemp hearts and Greek yogurt for a boost of protein to this fiber-packed brekky, which helps to keep you full and energized longer!
 
What you’ll need:
-oats
-chia seeds
-hemp hearts
-walnuts
-cinnamon
-vanilla
-maple syrup
-milk of choice
-plain Greek yogurt
-blueberries
-lemon juice & zest
