The Mayor should resign and walk away, acknowledging his failure to deliver. Why would a mayor instil the racial instability of past years into the youth of our country? Remarkably, today’s youth don’t see racial discrimination; their perception of the future of South Africa will be shaped by what they are told. When we are no longer around, we wouldn't want them to perpetuate a narrative of racial hatred. It is a complete shame to those who are manipulating our youth in this manner.

From a boy who is just 11 years old, he expresses that he sees all races as simply other human beings. Fellow citizens, let us learn from our youth and see others through their eyes.

This isn't about you being a "black child" from Soweto. This is about you never even once presenting anything that even remotely resembles a plan forward for the city, the crumbling infrastructure, the insane levels of criminality or the dramatic lack of appropriate housing.
