If you want a rebuild for a team that has lots of young talent I’d go for FC Nürnberg! They have so many young/very young players that could develop so well in game, especially CAN UZUN, the 18 year old attacking midfielder with 15 goals in 21 starts. Not sure about his in game rating, but he must have super high potential. Also make sure to sign their loan LB on a permanent deal as he is 20 years old with 4 assists in the 2 Bundesliga.
Edit: I’ve been looking at Gerard (Peque) Fernandez, he’s looking like a great young talent with 17 goals in LaLiga2, and his penalties are perfect
