Calendar Girls (2003)

This scene always made me cry because John knew he didn’t have much more time left. 😢🌻This film 🍿🎥 always speaks to me as my great uncle on my mum side of her family had leukemia for 9 years. He was so strong, jolly and happy through the diagnosis. Never stopped doing the things he loved. I didn’t know him much as he lived quite a distance from my family and he passed away in 2021. I miss him so dearly xx I hope one day we can make cancer extinct forever. My Great aunt on my dad side of his family, is going through breast cancer, I think of her every day.
