Im just guessing here.. But if there are hidden liens not listed in the public records.. Theyre not usually significant (more than 10k) right? Because mortgages being the biggest are almost always in public records right? & will the auctioneer disclose any actual hidden liens? Thanks in advance!

Nice work ! I am also using realforclosure in Fl, I have to admit the road block for me is the final payment using ACH or Credit Card ? On the county website. That scares me to think it wont get there in time and I forfeit my deposit etc... Can you describe the process of making the final payment and how you do that ? Wire ACH CC ?
