Very impressive, even as a Hungarian I couldn't show a better place to have rétes than that restaurant. Ok, maybe Strúdel Hugó is on par with them.

Surname Wiens is 100% Mennonite, 100's if not thousand from Russia via Prussia and Frisia. Anna baptist minority with great food, work ethic and love of life through the followings of Christianity. Look at Mark, a modern day Mennonite being humble, not drinking every stop, so yoour getting a sober approach. well done. My great grandpa through marriage was a Wiens lol, this is how I know the history, many in the prairie provinces of Canada since the 1870's.

...hey sir, one of my friend told me, that he has worked at the Náncsi néni restaurant, and their food is so good that you tried... The richest hungarians at that area of Buda ( same pricing as Hollywood :P ) are able to pay for their daily meals at every day there because this is the most authentic home-made like place in the area so the restaurant could earn thousands of euros/dollars per days :D... So I am so proud of you that you tried that. I am running apts at Budapest and once I recommended this place, and the guests loved that so much so when they got enough drunk they started to send pictures about the place, how lovely it is and how much they love the food... so I checked your video, because its always funny to see how our dishes can literally f*ck the people on the table, and you really tried the best rounds of the 'traditional hungarian menu' . Well done sir. next time you have to try the 'Fruit soup' at any good restaurant at BP or village side and some pálinka and you will never want to leave us...

The food you just eat it's good,but you have to add salt and pepper,if you don't it's bland!!!
