You leave out a few things. NATO has its short comings too. Look at the US in Afghanistan when it first occupied it and Iraq. US soldiers couldn't get supplies fast enough.
Even now the war in Ukraine showed that even small missiles can take a lot of time to make. Even though the Russians have taken some really hard hits in Ukraine, it still occupies a lot of territory.
Then there is China, India, North Korea, will they provide resources to Russia? What if N.K. decides it is a good time to invade S.K.?
