Cooper, Collins, and Gregory are good players not great players so let's not act like hall of famer's walked out the door. Aikman, Smith and Irvin were not the most talented players back in their day but they had the heart of champions and that's what most of these players since then have lacked. There's been plenty of talent over the years just not enough heart to want it bad enough. The coaching has always been a problem and that falls on the Jones but the good played have to want to be great and the great players have to want to be hall of famer's......

So a quick question, Dallas traded (gave) Amari to Cleveland for a 5th and the FO rightfully got blasted for it. And yet, Bellicheat traded (gave) OL Shaq Mason to Tampa bay for the same compensation. Why isn’t Bellicheat being blasted for giving away a top-tier player for basically nothing? And Mason was not being paid all that much so it wasn’t a cap thing.

What are they thinking?!? Dak is thinking that he got his money, Stephen is thinking that he has decision making authority and he's about to run this organizition into the ground, and McCarthy is thinking that he;s happy to have a job.

If you (e.g., Cooper) make 20 million dollars a year, you can't check out of one, much less several big games and you can't miss games because you didn't take a FREE vaccination. Repeating the same falsehood (e.g., debunked claim that Jones inserted language into Gregory's contract on the sly) doesn't bolster your argument that a career best 6 sack season is the makings of an elite pass rusher. The simple fact of the matter is that in the 2 biggest games (e.g., Cardinals, 49ers) of the season, Gregory was a ghost. It doesn't appear that you watched Connor Williams play and your minimization of Collins' idiotic behaviors is downright laughable. If the Cowboys really wanted to set McCarthy up for failure, they wouldn't engage at all in free agency (e.g., 3/18/22 signing of James Washington, Dante Fowler) and they would tell Will McClay to tank the draft. Wanna bet that McClay kicks ass AGAIN in the draft?

Shan, I really don’t think Cooper is gone because of a production/pay GAP. His per-game production was on par or better compared to previous years.
I think it’s 80% because of the poorly managed CAP, and 20% because of a “perceived” attitude problem, as in he ALWAYS says he’s too injured to practice, but almost never misses the game, until he decided he wouldn’t take the jab that forced him out of a couple of games.

Beef up the interior o line, draft a fullback and backup tight end, start running 12 personnel… AND QUIT TRYING TO MAKE DAK A PURE POCKET PASSER… and how are we gonna keep lael at 10 million to be a backup when we just took away half of d laws money. Just wait until after the draft. This draft is deep and some good players will get cut. They will probably go cheap. There will be alot of guys that weren't expected to fall to certain team and they'll already have guys in that sopt they might have to move on from.

You know what I call BS on? If Tank was consistently the 12th-16th best DE in the NFL. He had 6 good games but then fell apart as a player and was getting top 3 at his position, and never in 6 years played like a top 5 player at his position. But his excuse was, cost of doing business.

With Amari, to me, it was more than he wasn’t vaccinated. It was the fact that he wasn’t vaccinated and he was nonchalantly at national championship game semifinals and mav games unmasked while we’re in a play off push… I had a problem with that. Vaxxed or no vaxx don’t matter to me but realize that were different protocols for each situation. If I know that if I’m unvaxxed I know I can’t put myself at any unnecessary risk to cost me minimum 2 games which could be the reason we either make or don’t make the playoffs…what happened? he missed 2 1/2 games and we lost 2 of them…. And they’ve drafted well. You can either do it like that or be eventually in cap hell like the rams will be or like the saints were left after Peyton said bye bye.
