looks nice Tony, instead of a wheelbarrow get a cart with tipping loader, sorry can't think of the proper words right now..I got mine from Amazon NL Güde is the brand, I'm sure there's other brands, they come in different sized and capacity. you have 4 big tires and only need to pull it, cos the wheelbarrow, esp metal ones are also heavy and you need to lift them to move them. I think JB said Sylvagrow has less nutrients, so you need to start feeding it sooner. and it's funny how we pamper our crops, esp potatoes where as I forgot some in the ground last year and they're already coming up, frost or no frost. Last year today we got snow in the Netherlands and well it's all weird now. Happy Easter. maybe if there's a waiting list see if someone on the waitinglist for an allotment might want to help you out this year, share or divide the crops or give them a bed or two to start learning

Tony,, is the horse bedding organic?? If not it could contain the amino pyrolid that farmers use to kill weeds in barley etc,, check out Charles Dowding's video on the subject,, I used straw, to mulch the potatoes, from a local merchant and all the tops of the potatoes wilted and died

Superhots like Bhut Jolokia grow really really slowly. They need lots of heat. If you can I would keep them on a warm sunny windowsill inside so they get the consistent warm overnight temperature.

Tony I bet that compost was outside and got wet! I got my 2nd lot of compost from same place as I had the 1st lot. 1st lot I managed all on my own used a shopping trolley type but 2nd lot I couldn't even pick of the pile, when I managed to slide 1 off on a flat bed trolley right under so it would fall on and was a comedy moment 😂🙈. Had to ask for help (idiots sent a woman and I wouldn't let her do it as far too bloody heavy) Health /back is vital as if we can't look after our plants mate who will hey. Take care of yourself

Hey Tony, don’t panic with you chillies. They’ll be fine by the time you are ready to plant out into their final position. I sowed mine beginning of Jan and are like JB’s and I’ve had to put heat on in my greenhouse to plant them out as they had outgrown their pots. Tomatoes are out too and flowering. Not bragging, just pointing out that sometimes things go too well and cause other problems. Sometimes we are too keen to be on. Happy gardening.

Reckon your chillis will be just fine. They are growing and now we have warmer temperatures and more light they should catch right back up. Mine are closer to JB’s (started at end of Jan), but my wife complains they get more love than her 😂

After replacing two wheels on a wheelbarrow, because of punctures, I took the plunge and bought a solid (yellow) wheel for around £20, 3 years ago. Still going strong and very little difference in performance to the blow up type

Been looking out for your videos, any content from you is a bonus in my opinion, always learning and you never fail to entertain!
I’ll bet those peppers have some decent roots underneath but I think you answered your own question with heat and light, for the first time this year I’ve used some fairly cheap grow lights supplementary to our indoor south facing patio window just to stop them reaching for the light, and I’m honestly made up up with the results.
Hope you’re feeling well, keep living your best life 💪

Hi Tony hoping our chillies make it mine were stunted the same as yours but I repotted into John Innes from silvagrow recently and they started growing again. Fingers crossed. Grown in same conditions window light heat mat as last year too. Ive got that ornamental grass in the ground its always throwing off other clumps which Ive binned but will add to some bald pots I have. Great advice.

Hey Tony you went through a big trauma last year , you can’t expect to be completely back to pre op condition. I have to say though I’m going to be 76 in May , I’m struggling more this year but the constant rain here in Cornwall hasn’t helped either . Like the plants if we get some warm sunny days we’ll all start blooming. ❤️

I just cannot grow aubergines. I’ve planted them in the greenhouse 2 years running, and all I’ve grown is lots of leaves and the flowers, which drop off. No aubergine. I’ve planted 3 at a time and tickled with a feather to try and transfer pollens etc. Why no aubergines???

I agree with other comments regarding a solid wheel for your barrow Tony. I've had one for five years. Someone gave me a plastic four wheeled barrow but find it harder to use. Give me a traditional wheelbarrow any day.
