Wooooow.... Fancy retro tech! Love it!
ОтветитьAmazing work and tech...only saw it in magazines. It only needs a modern Retina-screen, lol.
I wish i had it when I was travelling back to school in the eighties, for a 1 hour train travel on Sunday evenings.
Hi,
Great video. I just picked one of these up. Do you or anyone know the location of the small springs under the battery cover of the watch? I went to change the battery and they both fell out
Way cool I’ve wanted one of these for almost 40 years even though we have Apple Watches now I think this is vintage sweet I love it! Thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьI’d REALLY like 👍 to see vintage tech come back!! There’s nothing like 👍 owning a TV 📺 wristwatch ⌚️!! They were all the rage 😤 back in the 1970’s!! I do not know what a TV 📺 wristwatch ⌚️ costed 💲 back in the 1970’s, but I’m guessing close to $800.00. That’s probably pretty 😍 well what they cost 💲 on the inflation calculator today. Your friend, Jeff.
ОтветитьHow are you getting analog tv signals?
ОтветитьAs a mechanical watch expert this is all very mysterious and very complex stuff! Awesome job!
ОтветитьI just had to bend the gold connectors out slightly so they touched the TV pins and now has a solid connection. Yep I replaced all the caps first up.
ОтветитьGreat work !
ОтветитьThatsgreat watch, butverycomplicated is used
ОтветитьIs it for sale ?
ОтветитьAwesome video and breakdown. Very cool watch as well, now I want one. :D
ОтветитьWow! Very cool.
ОтветитьHow does a person learn to do stuff like this?? Electricsl engineering?
ОтветитьWow Kent what a great job! Thanks for passing it along! Oh thanks for watching my drone videos.
ОтветитьAbsolutely fantastic to see this restored to working order. Impractical, silly, incredibly cool and, despite everything, an important technical milestone product in the development of now ubiquitous LCD displays.
ОтветитьCool TV watch. Nice repair.
ОтветитьAnother Excellent video Kent !..Now I'm Jealous 🙂
