I am eternally grateful for the preparation tips you give. I am a recently retired nurse and passionate about Hospice care. I have a telephone interview tomorrow with a company who is looking for a part-time Hospice Triage nurse......perfect! The job I love while being able to sit in the comfort of my own home! With extensive knowledge in this field, but not having interviewed for a job for over 20 years, I'm was still a bit nervous. How abt interviewing with a company that only offers the job title( i.e: marketing manager/ Customer experience/ SDR,etc) but not a job description neither the basic requirements to fit in? Even if you ask them to provide it while contacted for the interview but they still dont provide it?

As an introvert, I didn't care for her energy nor can I match it. Guess the job search will be more difficult for me.

Unfortunately, there's only a handful of job recruiter's or human resources personnel worth dealing with. The rest area like this dingbat: big mouths and not too bright and certainly not worthy of judging others about their careers especially at law firms like Greenberg Traurig. Worse, HR Departments are run by mostly bossy, judgmental women totally pushing a radical woke HR agenda. Even though it's reverse racism and perversion.

Hi! I have a question. How long should you wait for a phone call after telling them your ideal schedule for an interview.

Is it a red flag if you answer "Anytime but today is fine" ? It's just the second day after they asked me for a phone call interview but I haven't heard anything back from them. Am I just being impatient or I did something wrong? 😅

She never explained THE BEST answer to these questions. This video was nothing more than fluff to keep clicking on her other videos. What a waste of time.

I had a phone interviewer answer my question of " what seems to be missing from your other candidates that you are looking for?" She answered with "Nothing is missing, they all seem very qualified for the position." ...which to me sounded like B.S because they wanted to do a quick pass back to me how i would react. Was a very dodge/counter answer to me. Didnt like her vibe. And how she wouldn't give me a straight honest answer.

I asked the question about qualifications that other applicants didn't meet, and the interviewers said, "Unfortunately, we are unable to answer that question" and I fear that, since this is the note I ended on, that I might be out of luck.
EDIT: Yup. The rest of the interview went well, I thought, so that little tidbit cost me the job.
