Making it look to easy man. Great video as always 👌 and the three people who disliked this video weld aluminized pipe with mig welders 😂
ОтветитьAcetone is nothing but full strength finger nail polish remover. Wouldn't have nitrile gloves in my shop
ОтветитьI am not a welder by any stretch of the imagination but I am indeed intrigued by the process of TIG welding. With that in mind please excuse my ignorant question but - why do you plug the ends of the tubes?
ОтветитьGreat Video, Brad! Arccaptain wants to invite you to test our TIG200P welder machine. Would you be interested in giving it a try?
ОтветитьAwesome..................👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьWhat Tig Torch Are You Running ? Where Is That Back Cap From ?
ОтветитьAt my job I have to weld have the tube from bottom to top in one pass complete in two purged
ОтветитьI’m trying to tig weld 16ga exhaust tubing and I’m having a helluva time getting it to work. Is it prep? Maybe, is it the anperage is too high maybe. My machine doesn’t tell you the amperage. It has a-j settings. Any suggestions? I’m completely lost and totally disgusted.
ОтветитьMake new videos
ОтветитьI hadn’t even made it all the way through your intro and I already knew I needed to sub! Keep up the great work!
ОтветитьExcellent video and information, thanks.
ОтветитьGood pointers. Subbed. Good video got my thumbs up. Im saving up for a tig to start doing stainless exhaust work
Ответитьi really struggling to find those tig back cap colourful. where could i purshed one ?
ОтветитьAwesome video. However, cross contamination should be mentioned. I realize you are doing a demo but you mentioned stainless and steel on the same belt. Also aluminum table or butcher paper for your table top. No one likes surface rust from cross contamination of steel, especially sanitary and high heat applications. I subscribed.
Ответитьam from europe and I like mm :)
Ответитьhow do you clean your stainless exhaust after welding? you don't leave those colors on there do you?
ОтветитьThat’s the prettiest weld I’ve seen
Ответить100% ipa for prep and nothing but 316l ss for pharma grade . Just my applications to meet pfizer minimum standards, not required everywhere in industry and mine will stand up to many C I P runs with no rouging.Great work your doing and thanks for taking the to help others here. Also only untra high purity argon nd must be almost perfect inside bead.
VERY COOL ,,,,GROOVY
Killer video. Thanks
ОтветитьFantastic video 👍
ОтветитьExactly my use case so how much better could it be. Dude, you're videos are on another level. Super easy to follow a complex art.
ОтветитьLots of great info. I'm curious what wheel you were using to prep the tubing? It looked like some kind of scotch brite pad/wheel.
Ответитьwhat back cap are you using
ОтветитьSo sick of these videos but never ones they ever show how to weld the hanger rod onto the pipe. This is by far way more complicated than this
ОтветитьI weld sanitary and we never clean it like that just get the burs off and weld that shit😂
Ответитьadvise which welding machine
suitable for welding exhaust systems
price up to 2000
Brad where’s my golden ticket prize????
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьNever seen someone so specific over something so insignificant. Joke.
ОтветитьGreat info. Thank you.
ОтветитьBang up video man, im a welder for the union pipefitters but we never weld this thin of stuff. Just looking for a nice informative video so I go into my build with confidence and this nailed it.
ОтветитьMaster weld tig argon. 👍👍🤝 My prom indonesia🇮🇩
ОтветитьDefinitely very knowledgeable guy
ОтветитьQuality of this video and information is insane!! Wel done
Ответитьnew to the channel, loved every bit.
ОтветитьThe Electrodes to Liquified Airon usually the Arm that bringing down the Electrodes are Make with fewest parts of stainless steel with a tolerances of 2 millimeters, Case ...Durability but difficult while you work with this Tolerances, because the Heath and friction changes the dimensions, went we tooking a Arm with a weight 5 Tones and has to used 24/7 , while close temperature to melted iron, and cost of operatio is to high, and Maintenance Contract Companies Bitter Process, 👍
This is cool to know , on that Time I used to Rectified this Arms with a minimum knowledge on welding stainless steel
Who about the dimentions can be change and the Heat also determines the changes , like in a precision pieces...
Just a question, I usually work on Mexico with a peaces with a 2 decimas of tolerances on which they had to be rectified to pass tolerances
What would be the right frequency setup for this thickness?
Ответитьhow come the tungston is so far out? ive never seen that before... do you have a video explaining that thinking?
ОтветитьDon't drink black rifle coffee, it's bad for you
ОтветитьWhat is the best tungsten for .05 tubing? Been using ceriated grey and a purple rare earth blend and it doesn’t weld very nice
ОтветитьI just started working at a place we weld 316 SS with 80% of the welds are pipe and tube. From 2 to 72 inch pipes and tube. I'm fairly new comfort and consistency are definitely the number one thing to work on
ОтветитьHad a note pad out for this one lots of useful info I appreciate it. I'm trying to teach myself and have no internet or cell service where I'm at so good ol fashion note pad will have to do. Thanks
ОтветитьAmazing information. Thanks....
Ответитьwhat if you are not able to purge the tube? like fitting up an exhaust and long tubes. how is the best way to weld tube without the ability to purge?
ОтветитьBlack Rifel Coffe co...is a supporter of the Jan 6 insurrection of our capitol...so boyctt BRCC I do. Savanna
ОтветитьGreat vid, similar for titanium exhaust please.
ОтветитьAwesome, awesome, AWESOME video!!!! So well spoken and thorough. If someone screws up following your video, then they need to just become a carpenter instead. 😂
ОтветитьThis looks hard but is fairly simple when doing so many stop starts like this. If he had to do this in say 5g or even 6g it would be a different story, he is basicly welding in flat position all the time.
