It's patently obvious to me that assisted swinging is for retards with developmental conditions. That or children (who lack the spacial awareness and reasoning of someone more developed). And so are the 'alternative' controls tacked onto remakes of original Resident Evil titles.

Yawn. Hasn't the 'gaming is for everyone' mantra decimated the difficulty scale for most videogames enough?

So many people going on about how hard swing assist is. Meanwhile here I am not able to relate at all because (2004) Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man: Web of Shadows made you pay if you couldn't swing competently.

I turned it off the moment it said press R2 to swing. I’ve already mastered it pretty well, not too hard after a couple missions or smth

How about… level 1? It’s just like level 0 but with no ground collisions.

For the real canon experience, Use 10 assist on peter but zero on miles

Only thing i never liked with these games are the normal human goons you come across, Spider-Man should beat them quickly, unless they have guns.
