ОтветитьThe like button glowed when he said hit the like button is this an update or have I never noticed this before??
ОтветитьWatching this video in my last year of med school
ОтветитьBUT WE ARE GOING TO COMPETE WITH AMONGST ( THE POLITICIANS ) ?
ОтветитьIT IS NOT AMONGST THE DOCTORS THAT WE ARE GOING TO COMPETE EACH OTHER
ОтветитьBECAUSE WE ARE GOING TO BECOME JUST SIMPLE DOCTORS
ОтветитьWE ARE NOT GOING TO BECOME ( THE GREAT DOCTOR )
ОтветитьI've decided I'm just gonna practice medicine 💊 without all the med school 🏫 stuff. 😳
ОтветитьNot a doctor but studying to be a clinical psychologist, still your videos have impact and bring extra insight even beyond the realm of being a doctor, thank you
ОтветитьI am a med student and my dream is to be a good doctor....This channel is soo inspiring. The information i get from this channel is also great
ОтветитьI will Accomplish This I Know It🙏🏾
ОтветитьThis was encouraging, and helped me realize that I can do this! I have come so far. Thank you for realistic and genuine examples and candidness. Best!
ОтветитьHere ❤️
ОтветитьI’m 27, hope I’m not too late
ОтветитьI have all these qualities but I still feel like I’m too late to become a doctor
Ответитьthis isn't fair im a psychopath i don't have compassion or empathy but I've got the others but evberyone say become a doctor and im down to but this just isn't fair i was told becoming a doctor would be good for because of those things {lack of compassion or empathy} i was told that not having those meant i wouldn't suffer when bad outcomes happened and that i could ignore the patient just prove what was need to cure so yea
ОтветитьI am confident, but I’m not humble lol
ОтветитьSuch a good video 👏🏼
ОтветитьThank you very much for this. I’m about to go into medical school
ОтветитьI'm only 13 and I want to be a neurologist
ОтветитьWatching these videos instead of studying 😢
ОтветитьThis career has good perks but also your parents will be proud of u for once
Ответить#1, take pride in your work - best outcome for your Pt.s, #2 empathy and genuine concern for others, #3 be keenly observant and an incurable intellectual curiosity, #4 an insatiable passion for your discipline, even if it is family practice. If these are in order for your personality then don't worry about the money, it will come in due course. In the pursuit of the best outcomes for your Pt.s you will pioneer new methods, or inventions, or techniques or studies that lead to better outcomes for a lot more than just your Pt's And if you are entrepreneurial, then the sky is the limit if these priorities are in order, but don;t start off being in it for the money, as $/hr won't be pretty for some years.
ОтветитьI gonna be a good doctor..
Ответитьi am leaving a comment here because i really want to get into medical school. My entrance exam is in few days. Wishing i will come here again when i am finally studying in medical school.
ОтветитьFuture doctor here🤞🏾😌
ОтветитьWhich program do you use to make this video? Brilliant!!
ОтветитьCan you do a relevant video on whether ANYONE can become a doctor despite the factors outside people's control like max applications accepted.
Ответитьi really want to be a doctor, specifically a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. my dad is an anesthesiologist and i have grown up hearing about cases and watching videos of surgeries and even going to hospital open houses. all i want to be is a doctor. im 13 with a 4.0 GPA, so hopefully i really can become a doctor if i keep up what im doing
ОтветитьI wouldn't call this the most challenging professional training in the world though.
ОтветитьThis is amazing... thank you!
ОтветитьThis gave me hope that in about 7 years I’ll be a doctor 😢❤
ОтветитьI have terrible work ethic, a lot of unhealthy habits and I often have to use resits for tests (which are a thing in Med School in the Netherlands) and even fail courses and have to follow them again. I am not punctual, my personality isn't always pleasant and I continuously doubt if I am suited for the path I am pursuing.
Still I know one day I will be an awesome doctor, because I am genuinely interested in people, curious about the subject matter and people I come across, I am flexible, I know how to grind, I know how to rush something while also ensuring it has adequate quality. Despite stress, doubts and failures I keep pushing on with a positive attitude and in the end I passed a lot of the necessary classes and seem to have an equal grasp of the subject matter as my peers (or even greater, since they usually learn more short before the test, but forget everything afterwards). I would like to work in trauma or as an emergency medicine physician because I thrive in chaos and know how to manage it.
First year DMD here!
ОтветитьI'm in 9th grade and confused between medicine and law, after some years I'm gonna tell u what i have chosen and why
ОтветитьWell I love this channel because it inspires me alot. Am an obstetric nurse in my last year and I want to be a peadiatric doctor and I started following you immediately when I joined nursing. But I would love to ask about how to enter med school outside Africa if you are a black student
ОтветитьI have all this but At lower end but these are only skills I have
ОтветитьI will be a successful doctor some day
ОтветитьMy biggest mistake is being a medical student
ОтветитьMore than 95 percent will fail.
ОтветитьI want to be neurosurgery
Ответитьi will be doctor in 2026 insha Allah by Allah grace
ОтветитьI would like comments of advice please.
A grandson of mine is achieving good grades (straight A student) in high school & next year will be deciding his forward profession. I don’t know how to try convince him to be a doctor. He is my favourite grandson & is a great worker with his brain & hands. Maybe a general surgeon or orthopaedic surgeon or a psychiatrist. Maybe the latter as he said “ granddad, the world is mad “.
I'll level with you. I just finished up a semester long nursing theory class and that part about caring about the people you have the privledge of treting resonates with me. As someone who chose the nursing route instead of the physician route, that is the sole reason why. I had to take a month long hiatus during the second year of my BSN because of a really bad septic infection. I've gotta tell you, of the 7ish doctors who saw me, from ED to ortho to infectious disease to internal care, not a single one of them gave me rhe vibe that my admitting nurse gave me. Caring about people and showing a genuine interest in the person as a whole turns an often unpleasant hospital stay into a great experience, all things considered. Please don't take this as disparaging to physicians, as I have several that I've had the pleasure of meeting over the course of my life, but the doctor who masters the razor thin line of being smart and analytical enough to treat the condition and caring enough to realize that patients are people at the end of the day will make sweeping and systemic change to medicine, and I hope, that, once I've had the privelesge to serve patients at the end of the college journey I'm one, I woukd have the privilege to see that for myself.
This is an excellent video. Thank you for sharing.
I really want to be a doctor it’s been my dream
But I have to wait for a few years I am only young
But when I get older I am gonna go to medical school
And be there for many 4 years
What an insightful view i absolutely love these videos.
