Rubbish. There is a basic lack of basic electrical and physical principles here.

Tube connectors are about the cheapest solution possible in terms of material costs and construction. You can make them yourself by getting a tube of plated copper or brass or stainless. no it does not matter) into which a banana plug fits snugly and drilling a commensurate hole in your speaker cabinet and soldering the internal wire to it. Cost: less than $1 for four. Or just buy female bullet/banana connectors from anywhere for a few bucks.

Or just use a speakon connector, which is even better.

I solder my cables to my crossover ,i build my cables, high grade screw connection brass,rhodium to tpa3255 monoblock, dead quiet and responce is quick. You are spot on!

So, what you are saying is, if I am old and never plan on changing my speakers, then I should solder my speaker wires directly into my amp out signal wires? THIS is the best connection ???

Interesting. I really would like to see some objective scientific studies that reveal the exact differences that are made by using these type of connectors. Surely someone has done the research and testing to show the affects on signal transfer and overall characteristics of these types of connectors. I am not saying your are wrong but I think it would be interesting to see some sort of objective data to support your conclusions. Typically if a difference in something can be heard it can also be measured if we measure the right thing. Sometimes finding that "right thing" to measure is the big challenge. Thanks for the video.

Why you dont talk about electron erosion on connectors that handle power, that does make a differance, not the material of a connector, its stays at a amature level i see. Next time you have a invention about a speaker cable with your garage company, hahahaha. Its stays fun to watch, thats for sure.

Good said and done but the unorthodox for my speakers is that the 5 euro iron post i have music have more dynamics than the hi end i purchased from china.
Can anyone explain that! The only advantage is more detailed uper frequencies.

Why does Paul make trash for products and claim greatness?

After watching about 20 of Paul's videos I came to the (reluctant) conclusion that he is an audio dilettante, not an expert. He runs a very successful company and is a good natured guy but I find his explanations are either too simplified, or he doesn't answer the question and goes off on a tangent or he is sometimes dead wrong. I wouldn't mind sharing a brew with him, but I wouldn't bet the ranch on anything he says.

It appears he makes a lot of sense in regards to making a better connection. Electrically, it's probably not all that much different with what you get with a reliable speaker cable and a well-made speaker. I realize both of those products may cut corners, but electrically, if the connection isn't haphazard either falling off or shorted, the speaker will see the same thing electrically-or differences out of the realm of typical hearing. Nuance and signature? Things get a little hairy there. Some hear it (or imagine it), and others don't. I guess I'm guilty of changing a cable, and thinking my system sounded different. Use long lasting quality connections folks. This fella is in the wire and re-manufacturing business, and there is something gallant in that. I used to rebuild bikes as a teen to make them better. I didn't even realize that customization businesses existed back then.

Are those tube cable connectors the same with the banana plugs? I need my cable speakers for my other loudspeakers by using banana plugs at the moment.
