How do i buy or sell a house with no credit?
ОтветитьYes, best advice in today's generation
ОтветитьTrue, even though my portfolio says -99% I haven’t sold yet and have yet to lose
ОтветитьI'm going through one of the hardest times of my life right now. lost a lot of money investing in start-up businesses. I'm honestly simply perplexed right now about how other folks in the same market are making over $200k in gains in a matter of months.
ОтветитьMy strategy has always been to invest half of my income in the stock market every new month, the second part of my strategy is not to sell for at least 5 years, but recently my portfolio has suffered major decline about $100k in losses. What can I do about this please?
ОтветитьNo shit?
ОтветитьGreat video! i really have a question For someone with less than $10,000 to invest, how would you recommend we enter the crypto market? I am at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally what's your take on this approach?
ОтветитьTechnically, yes, until Joe gets unrealized gains taxed. Almost there.
ОтветитьGotta have the intestinal fortitude to stay in it for the long run. The stock market wasn't intended for weak stomachs.
ОтветитьNice anecdote but not everything always comes back.
ОтветитьCommon sense.
Ответить"Thanks bud for keeping us financially Educated! Regardless of how bad it gets on the economy, I still make huge profits every single week, I was able to build a big income stream investing with Mrs Lisa O'Brien````.,.,,.,.``A@@
ОтветитьJust locked in $470k in gains this year as of Friday to get my non retirement balance to $600,482. I owe $602k on my mortgage and am getting it paid off so I don't do something stupid with it!
ОтветитьBuying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
ОтветитьWhen the market tanks I’m buying it like all the quality companies on sale.
ОтветитьBegan my retirement funds at the age of 38, primarily utilizing my hard work, dedication and with the assistance of my financial advisor, Christy Val D'souza . Now at the age of 48, I am delighted to say that my retirement income has grown enough to take me through my later days in life. So don't hesitate to take action when you can. Remember, it's not about achieving wealth quickly, but rather about building wealth consistently and persistently.
ОтветитьYep but now I hear we’re about to get taxed on those unrealized gains. What a crock.
ОтветитьUntil you run out of margin...
ОтветитьInterestingly this is not the opinion of the Financial Accounting Standards Board
Ответитьyou don't lose it til the divorce is final
ОтветитьThe erosion of my financial reserves due to inflation adds to my concerns. At this point, I'm still at a crossroad regarding whether or not to liquidate my $138k stock portfolio. What’s the best way to take advantage of this current market?
ОтветитьI need to keep this one on repeat. It’s so hard NOT to freak out when your stocks drop!!!!
ОтветитьDems are attacking this. They want to tax "unrealized gain." When someone tries to shove that at you, say "when my portfolio goes down on paper, will FedGov send me a tax rebate?"
ОтветитьSeems simple. But wish I knew this before losing most of my money in 2022.
ОтветитьThe same with real estate.
ОтветитьI learned more about the stock market than I thought possible by watching Wolf of Wallstreet...
ОтветитьIt didnt go down in value in 2008, it went down in price. Two very different things!
ОтветитьOne should have an entry and exit strategy
ОтветитьThis guy is creepy.
Ответитьcan you not see a leader when you come across one Dave Ramsey he's on his s*** man
ОтветитьYeah, but warren Buffett gave one of the big banks billions of dollars with a 10% interest rate then turn around and use his influence for Congress for the bail out so he got all his money back. He’s not a good man he’s a liar. I wanna pay more in taxes, then pay.
What would be fair if everybody paid the same tax rate, and we didn’t have so-called investors pay a small lower rate
Warren Buffett is wicked as hell.
ОтветитьNice if you can just wait it out and don't need it for bills
Ответить"Your trend analysis of the financial markets is very accurate and I love your predictions of where the market is going. Keep up your excellent work!"
ОтветитьNot even paper anymore, just cyber space 😢
ОтветитьBuffet knows Fed will always print money
ОтветитьWB did he really use own his money thou?
Ответитьgreat advice
ОтветитьI have been friends this for 25 years
ОтветитьNot true……..the price is always real…..it reflects actual present value
ОтветитьAnd Bitcoin isn't green either. It's not even on paper.
ОтветитьBuffett doesn’t lose $10 million on paper in any given day lol. It’s more like $1 billion. He’s worth over $100B which means a 1% move would translate to a $1B in paper losses or gains. To be $10 million it would be a 0.01% move which nobody would notice let alone mention to him. So you know this story is bullsh1t like everything else this guy says.
Ответитьbuffet got a bail out! all of wallstreet did on the backs of tax payers who are the ones on the hook for the bill! still to this day! and thats not including the inflation! this guy is the same moron who called peter schiff nuts for predicting and being right about a 2008 real estate crisis!
ОтветитьStocks are a store of value, not a get rich quick scheme.
ОтветитьCalled “realized gains”
ОтветитьRealized vs. Unrealized
ОтветитьI dislike lionizing rich successful people. Some may be good but many I deeply distrust as over lucky lottery winners putting on a "see how smart I am show". You can figure it out without Bill Gates or Oprah or Buffett.
ОтветитьPeople are dumb. Stocks will take a massive hit and tank 60-70%, and your every day joe will be sitting there saying "now is a horrible time to invest" Really? Lol These are the kinds of people who bought Bitcoin at 69K the record TOP of the market. Buy when there's blood in the streets, sell when every day people are buying. simple
ОтветитьSo many morons who think Elon Musk has 200 billion in cash.
"Elon should have to pay taxes on his 200 billion dollars."
With what? "He should sell his stock"
He wouldn't get 200 billion.
They obviously have no idea how the stock market works and what hold stock means.
same with your home, value will go up and down but eventually you live there long enough, you gain.
