NOOOO. sleep is the most important thing along with water. if you want to be successful delete social media and replace that time to get 8 hours of sleep. you can do anything you put your mind to while still being healthy.

First, I will say this is a good motivational video. I'm only at the part around the beginning of "8 hours", and I'm not mad at you. I get what you're saying, but here me out. I understand there are nights when you're going to have to stay up really late, nights you may not even get any sleep. From personal experience I need 7-9 hours of sleep. Firstly, if I got ill from not sleeping correctly or often enough at least a few nights of the week, I could possibly be cutting back my years of life expectancy and leading to an earlier death. I don't just want to "reach" my goals, I want to enjoy the many years after I have reached the goal and make more goals. Secondly, If I don't get adequate sleep I can't focus, I'm tired, I'm slow, I'm more emotional, more stressed, Impatient, and less creative. In my personal experience I would rather be rejuvenated and clear minded to be able to execute my goals. I intend to be a Rapper one way or another, and so much more than that. However, I need my brain to be in tip top shape to get there and enjoy the many years after I break success.
