PROGRAM MANAGER Interview Questions & Answers! (Programme Manager Interview Tips!)

Greetings Mr Richard, thanks for the effort you put into sharing your thoughts about how to pass interviews. I have a coming interview for a Program Manager position in INGO, hence I am asking for guidelines on how to prepare for this interview.

Answer to question one is a lot of wasted bandwidth. Uses a lot of words but says very little. Couldn't continue, not to mention the lame pay for the PDF from the link.

Hi Richard! Im from the USA and just came from an interview where I used your answers word for word and also used your accent while I answered them.
Just kidding. I subbed and purchased two of your programs the other day, and have a PM interview next week. One important question I have is, if I dont have a specific example to one of those "tell us a time where you" questions, would it be ok to use your suggested answer? My interview is a panel within a municipality so they usually do not ask for further details.

If you had to change "program manager" to "product manager" or whatever other manager, the answers could still be the same, which makes me think they are too general
