You may have seen the original 'Elliot's Magic Ticket' video, but this updated version features the 'What happened Next' bit. It includes how I found out about the wonderful lady, Pam Thompson, after the train journey.

It was recorded at the Vision Express 'Turning customers into fans' conference at one of my fav venues, Celtic Manor. This was back in February at a time when hand sanitizers were making their debut in the foyet.

The 'E' in Celebrity is 'Excitement'. It is such a powerful technique to ensure you will always stand out from the competition. I have dozens of Excitement stories, but this is, and always will be one of my favs.

Any suggestions how we can take this concept (which I love, by the way) and apply it to Financial Planning / Accounting?
