Can you guess the rent?
ОтветитьThat apartment is NOT big enough for her personality alone. (meant in a nice way)
ОтветитьI'm glad he's happy, it bothers me that this is normalized because not everyone can live like this, but this is becoming more common. Nothing personal but I'm not a fan of her presentation style - it could be just figuring out how to do this place, or her in general, but things like asking if he has a fridge...its 95 sq ft it's right there...idk
ОтветитьThat's a big bish! Is there room for her to get horizontal in that tiny cube? Or he doesn't care?🤔🫨
ОтветитьHe said that he spends most of his time in the kitchen where else is he going to go ?
ОтветитьSame thing as the last one. I had to click out of this because she dominates and interrupts him constantly. They end up talking over each other through no fault of this guy. He’s,so very soft spoken & she’s a loud person. I can barely hear this guy. I ended up clicking out because I couldn’t no longer stand it.
ОтветитьGreat use of a compact space! Well laid out, and I like the tucked-away folding chairs so space remains uncluttered during daily use with a nice lounge chair and classy/artistic side table. Perfect compact appliances for the kitchenette... induction cooktops are everything!!! Also noticed the mini bar tucked away in the cube shelves... cheers!🍷Thanks for the tour! ✨
ОтветитьWell I won't be complaining my studio apt in Harrisburg is too small any more. =)
ОтветитьIt's adorable and honestly this is all we need
ОтветитьEste es el espacio pequeño más organizado y limpio que he visto, aún con cosas.
ОтветитьI really dislike the host. She is awful. So loud and always interupting.
ОтветитьIf he wanted to he could turn the bed the longer way.
ОтветитьThis interviewer is beyond annoying. Can’t stand her and her clearly fake enthusiasm.
ОтветитьDude! You could do so much more with this apartment!
ОтветитьHe did great with the space
ОтветитьAwesome love how some can make it All work i also live in small place not as small as 95 square feet .
ОтветитьThe New York dream............
ОтветитьC'est similaire aux estudios-chambres de Japon.
ОтветитьI lived in a storage unit and had similar levels of confort..
ОтветитьI think he did a great job and I could live there! (I live in a tiny cottage and having one's own space is priceless). I want to watch more of these videos, but the host needs to let the unit and the resident be the stars, not themselves.
ОтветитьPeople dont understand that it isnt as bad as people think. Its all about getting outside daily. ❤
ОтветитьEl chico es genial, además muy limpio y ordenado.
Felicidades!
Positive young man who has made his home work for him. Great job!
ОтветитьI got anxiety watching this, I was getting claustrophobic. This type of living is inhumane.
ОтветитьI Am trying to wait to see if he has a personal bathroom or has to share one, ok.
ОтветитьHe is happy and content while he is living here. When he is ready to move I have no doubt he will!❤
ОтветитьCan she stop repeating what he just said? Also..please let him finish his sentence.
Ответить*********NYC has legal minimum of 150 sq ft???*************8
ОтветитьFor all the haters...you either get it or you don't. Obviously you don't get it.
ОтветитьHe has done a wonderful job creating a comfy space in little more than a walk in closet. The hostess seems lovely but a bit over the top.
ОтветитьSad!
ОтветитьIt’s my dorm room at university
ОтветитьSo he had the same type of space for his one bedroom that he shared with three other people and some dogs so he already had to share a bathroom so I guess this is his own without sharing. I guess with exception the bathroom I mean, I think it he makes it work with a little space he has I guess when you have no choice it’s New York City. Everything‘s expensive thought of sharing a bathroom is just kind of hostel. It’s basically renting a room or just like a jail sale essentiallyyou have to pay the price for wherever you live. I mean it’s expensive to buy something like that anywhere.
ОтветитьI could live here no problem, BUT would be better to add just a toilet and small shower...like an extra 15-20sqft. That would make it great!
ОтветитьTHEY ARE LITERALLY TURNING CLOSETS AND SMALL STORAGE SPACES INTO APT LOL WE ARE INVENTIVE YET INSANE LOL
ОтветитьBathroom???
ОтветитьI can’t share a bathroom 😅
ОтветитьGod I remember when I was younger and a three-bedroom house we had with a 2-acre backyard in Los Angeles was $350 a month and that was only 30 years ago
ОтветитьThere are places smaller being rented in NYC
ОтветитьHe got a new chair and got ride of the 1950's desk
ОтветитьIs the childish screeching really necessary?
ОтветитьI live in one of those in Bklyn. It's a room. It would be a wonderful room if it had a bathroom with shower. And I bet it's at least $1500 in Manhattan. You pay for the privilege of living in the East Village.
ОтветитьNowadays, DO NOT pick up used furniture sitting outdoors. It probably has bed bugs. Side note: he should have gotten a bunk bed and have the upper bunk as the bed and the lower bunk is a make shift couch.. Or he could buy lumber and make a loft to hold a double size mattress about seven feet high and put on a railing so doesn't fall out. He could do a lot more. He is lucky he did not bring in bed bugs. Yes, he is renting a room---not an apartment.
ОтветитьI love that he managed to still make it cozy and nice but I think renting out tiny places like that should be illegal. That is basically a closet. I could never live like this. He at least should be able to lay in his bed properly. This is shocking!
ОтветитьThe way this young man is living is more like a "rooming house" and I did that in my early 20s, in Manhattan. It was in a YWCA (45th and Lexington- no longer there now) so the shower/bathroom was shared (multi-stalls) and meals were taken in a community dining area though some people kept single-burner cookers or toaster ovens in their rooms, and everyone had a sink. At that age it worked for me.
ОтветитьIt's not an apartment. It is a closet.
