Unfortunately this was much too hard on my wrists at 30 weeks. Even with all possible modifications, I was not able to do many of the exercises.

ОтветитьI am on week 36 and sadly I could probably do only 30% of this workout, it was too challenging for me, I have lots of wrist pain . Bit deflated as I usually do pretty well, but I guess I need to listen to my body lol 😂

ОтветитьI am 28 weeks. I found this one to be pretty difficult..probably bcs i stopped my daily yoga and walking routine after my first trimester. Im trying to stick to yoga this week, i feel like i need to. Shout out to all the mums that attempted and even completed this workout. Yall are amazing xo

Ответить37 weeks and 5 days and this is exactly what I needed. A challenge but the moves felt good. Baby is up in my ribs so this definitely helped give me space. My arms are definitely tired after but a nice burn.

ОтветитьI really enjoyed this, some exercises I needed to stop because of pelvic girdle pain but I really loved the challenge and feel like I had a great workout! 💪 I loved all the all-fours positioning to get baby into a good position

ОтветитьI just came to thank Jessica for all her videos. Had my baby early July safely after following her workout from week 8 to 38.
Baby came naturally and I am still in good shape . I am 2 weeks postpartum with a 5 month belly and will start the postpartum videos ❤.

ОтветитьAt 37 weeks this was much too hard. My everything is swollen, it’s very difficult to be on my wrists, it hurts my knees, I stopped doing lunges long ago due to pelvic pain. I basically super modified everything and even just held a modified plank for things. Kudos to everyone who could do it! 6 weeks ago I probably could but not now.

ОтветитьHello Jessica, greetings from Germany! I've been following your workouts from the beginning of my pregnancy and I've been enjoying them so much. It helps me keeping my energy level and I barely have any pain during the pregnancy. Now I'm in my 34th week and start to have pain at the symphysis pubis. All information from the internet suggests to avoid positions or movements where one opens the legs, for example yoga squats. Therefore I'm not sure if I can still do the workouts from your program. What are your opinions on this? Many thanks!

ОтветитьI am 30 weeks today and have slowed down quite a lot from working out. I used to work out 4 to 5 days a week. The last few weeks, I have only been able to work out 1 or 2 days a week. I have been struggling a bit with dehydration and fatigue. I can't complete a 30 or 40 minute workout. I try to get up and walk for 10 minutes 3 times a day. I really don't want to be hard on myself, but I wish I could do more. I really appreciate your videos

ОтветитьWhen i was pregnant, I was so nauseous that i wasn't even able to go for a simple walk. I wish if i get pregnant again that i can train.
