ОтветитьThere’s one thing you’re missing that I’ve seen trending, but becoming a standard practice to good health. Taking an ice bath for 10 seconds a day. It’s been scientifically proven that there are health benefits by doing it.
ОтветитьRich person life right here... most people can't live this way because they have jobs, places to be, shit to take care of, kids, etc. HOWEVER, I don't fault her, instead I say "hell yeah" so she made it, thats great. Most of us wont, but those who do get to enjoy it.

1. Take a walk during your lunch-break
2. Walk or cycle to work (if that´s possible)
3. Instead of sitting in front of the computer in your free time: do some household chores, walk around, or take a walk.
4. Prepare your meals in advance at the weekends and freeze them down.
5. Eat simple: Have a salad with chicken breast insead of a sandwich/burger with chicken breast. Or have a soup.
6. Eat 30-50 grams of nuts instead of sweets.
7. Just move as much as possible, no matter what: household chores, walk or cycle from A to B
8. Do sports at least 3 times a week
9. Take your time to relax before bed time, you sleep better like this
I think this should work for everybody.

Ответить0,5l water intake are already most of your required daily water intake by liquid. Be careful not ingest too much water (~1700ml in total, divided into water and food intake, and oxidation). And minimise your fiber intake as close to zero

Its not common knowledge but I heard from oculist that drinking a looot of water in the morning on empty stomach increases the chances of getting glaucoma. So please take care of your eyes <3
