When he empty the bottle of G2, he said already has some IPA in it, what's IPA?

g2 can use IPA?

I presume that G2 is just IPA. Is that the same as Gtechniq panel wipe ?

Hi if you are removing with g2 with ipa, want that take it off.

followed the instructions to the T and it only lasted one day for me.... brand new car machine polished the windscreen wiped down residue with Gtechniq panel wipe to make it spotless... applied fine with no issue or smearing... left to cure with no rain for over 12 hours and yeah seemed fine at first but then second day of rain lost all beading...
Any ideas what i did wrong?
Only difference to most people is I didn't have an interior to keep the car I had to do it outside. Did notice as i applied it the product evaporated pretty instantly anyone got any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

Did you dilute the G2 when you put it into that bottle? The stuff is too expensive to dispense into a spray bottle and have a meaningful amount in it. So unless it can be diluted you'd have to buy like 5 bottles of the G2 to get the amount you had in that bottle. $$$

The instructions on bottle never said which side of those pads to use to apply product. I guessed. Prepared surface like instructions said, did 2 coats, only beaded up for a month and a half. Only thing I can think of is all the salt used on roads may have ate away the coating? ty

At the point in the video where you put the G2 in a spray bottle containing IPA, what is IPA please.

Please be careful with acronyms in an instructional video. IPA is India Pale Ale to me, so I don't know what was in your bottle already. Thanks.

Hello, thank you for the video. I have a quick question. You use G2 to remove the G1 residue, but you mixed it with IPA at the start of the video, wouldn't this just remove the G1 completely?

Followed your advice in addition to the Gtechniq instructions. Water beading is amazing but what is not is the wiper judder. I did clean my blades properly and the car is new - the wipers swept correctly before the treatment.

Any ideas what I could try? Do you ever have this problem with your detailed cars?

Can i mix g2 with water? 1:1?

Would claying my windscreen and then cleaning with carpro eraser suffice? Car is only 6 months old as well if that makes a difference.

great video I watched this several times before I braved putting G1 on. I'm not seeing much effext below say 50mph. I get beading and a difference to without at 30 but not the results I was hoping. have I likely messed up the removal/buffing phase? (my spare spray bottle for IPA was not spare so have to use the bottle and a pad to remove.
any tips on how to maintain is a wash with G6 good enough

Iv used the G1 and removed the residue iv changed the both front wipers for new ones but I'm still getting wiper Bounce but when I use my washers it stops bouncing any ideas please

Hi, my car was coated with C1 and EXO about a year ago. Today i see that it beads less and i want to give it another coat of EXO. Should i polish the car again? if yes what type of polish should i use please? Thanks to help.

Do you recommend adding a coat of G5 after the G1 is complete to attain lower speed evacuation? I believe I read this method on another site but seemed a bit redundant?

Found your video by chance ...and watched a few now!!
Inspired me to apply the G1 coating ...AWESOME!!!!

but my wiper blades bounce and judder like crazy ( Toyota Yaris) very long aero blades and not new but good condition and never juddered before but really bad now, i coated the blades in G1 but not wiped off

...any tips please as much appriciated

I've just discovered your channel - some great videos on here! Was the IPA in the spray bottle neat, or diluted?

Putting G2 in a spray bottle is a good idea. The last time I applied G1, I followed the official Gtechniq video in which they use G2 with a cotton applicator to remove G1. I became crazy in removing G1 using that method. The next time I'll use your method :D.

I use this G1 a lot and never thought of putting the G2 into a sprayer but that's genius!!

Hi in this video you put the G2 into a spryer bottle with I think you said IPA already in it what would you say is the amount of IPA is to a full bottle of G2 also what inspection light do you use
