Can we just get some more Riddick already?

This is a great scene. The subleties are awesome. Where [ Urban ] misjudged Riddick ( "A piece you shall have.")...
But the Lord Marshal does not. He sees that Riddick is superior to any of the warriors. Including [ Urban ]. The taking of measure and sizing up between Riddick and Lord Martial is outstanding. The tiny changes of expression and realization.
Just excellent. A favorite film.

This movie has no business being as good as it is. On, the one hand, it's an overblown, 80s-style sci-fi romp with cheesy dialogue, and on the other, it's got incredible costume design, a lived-in and fleshed-out universe, and lines like, "Are you familiar to me? Have we met, on some distant field?"

the costume designs were 7/7

My favourite Vin Diesel movie, sure its goofy in places but I think its a masterpeice. The lore leaves a lot to the imagination as well.

There are few series that I sorely miss. The Riddick Series is one I wish would have gone on.

In my head canon the dude Riddick wants a "piece" of is also a Furyan that failed at remaining to his warrior code and bent the knee.

May be my favorite scene of all time. The dialog is off-the-charts.

Where do they GET these lines??????

The knife in the Warrior's back, HAD TO HAVE BEEN Riddick's knife, from the battle that you'd think, Riddick would have "Remembered".
The REASON that Riddick KNEW "half gram heavy on the back end", is that Riddick ORDERED IT MADE THAT WAY.
I LOVE this scene.

This sequel was so creative and brought so much more depth to the universe and Riddick's character. The third one just being a lazy rehash of the first hurts deep. It could've done SO MUCH.

Eventually in the future, via " belyaev's fox " type of narrow selection, the human race will eventually create some 'freaks' a bit like in this movie, the only question is which nation will enact this first ⇜.

This is one of my favorite scenes ever. However... You gotta admit.. it's ridiculous and insane for a military man to have a weapon he cannot grab but that is accessible to an opponent. The knife he stores in his back could serve no purpose other than to aid an opponent.
