Rotary Hammers for running 3/8 or half inch holes?
Ответить@projectfarm please do a sds-plus bit test 5/32” would suffice.
ОтветитьDoes the outcome depend heavily on whether you hit a stone in the aggregate? Stones are going to be much harder and tougher.
ОтветитьMakita in this area its very dull. Omnibohrer too. And confirm my personal experience with these drill bits. Bosch its good. And agrees with my experience too. Thanks for your experiment,
ОтветитьI used an Irwin set for years until they wore out. I went onto Makita and binned them, they're not very good. I'm currently using Faithfull which are performing well.
ОтветитьI'm not a "brand person" per sey, but I have to admit that I've really good experiences with Diablo bits and blades.
ОтветитьWhat about hilti....?
ОтветитьDo you ever find yourself rooting for a particular brand during the testing?
ОтветитьWireless dog shock fence collars comparison would really save a lot of people alot of money I'm sure . I'm just not sure who will be the volunteer to determine "static shock" effectiveness/ pain some really hurt others not so much
ОтветитьInteresting that even with bits, different manufacturers come out on top. Just saw Bosch master the drill bit competition
ОтветитьThis has admittedly been one of the best videos I've seen on these drill bits. Straight to the point, and with full facts with pictures of the wear. Fantastic.
ОтветитьLoad of BS. I got the diablo bits and needed to drill 1 hole. 2 hours later still drilling and hardly a 1/4 inch in. Bit rounded off seconds after start. Why don't you stop promoting chinese sh** and start finding real decent american made that actually works. Your tests are total BS.
ОтветитьThis is the worst I’ve seen DeWalt perform in one of your tests, they better take note!
ОтветитьThe most scientific and fair test I have seen so far.
ОтветитьBOSCH IS THE BOSS OF ALL.
Ответитьplease also test sds-plus rotary hammer bits!
ОтветитьBOSCH IS THE BEST OF ALL TIME, I USED BOSCH SDS PLUS X5L OR SDS PLUS 7 DRILL BIT, IT IS THE BEST SDS PLUS BIT OF THE WORLD, ARE YOU AGREE WITH ME?
ОтветитьThanks so much dear sir!
ОтветитьIrwin's wins ...I see, so, this means I am , do have plenty 's of it....good
ОтветитьJust finished watching the Irwin is in my shopping cart
ОтветитьBought the DeWalt Rock Carbide 1/8" bit for some small holes I needed. Not even 5 holes in and the tip disappeared. Not sure if it broke or desoldered because of the heat, but the thing didn't even last 5 holes. Not worth it.
ОтветитьIs there a video on the best method on securing a toilet into the floor? I used Tapcon but I heard there were better ways.
ОтветитьThanks for this. I'm going to set new footers and frame an untouched part of my basement. I am more comfortable with my available bits now.
ОтветитьTodd you’re the man. There isn’t a single video I’ve typed “best of” that yours wasn’t the first to pop up, thanks for all the hard work you do!
ОтветитьDeWalt tools are great but their bits and blades leave a lot to be desired.
Ответитьall brand made in china
ОтветитьAwesome testing!
ОтветитьThank you for the great video my friend 😊. From Europe
ОтветитьExactly the video I needed, to find the best bit to drill 3/8th holes to a 3.5" depth in concrete or cinder blocks or brick using a hammer drill/driver. Looks like Diablo is my brand of choice!
ОтветитьPlease make a video for best sds masonry bits .
ОтветитьLove your videos. Not sure if im the only one who rewatches alot of your videos.
Can you do a refresh video targeting sds plus masonry bits?
Include a granite test and measure the performance between 2, 3 and 4 cutting heads on the carbide and which bits stay on centre easier i.e. have the least initial hopping during the initial chipping before the hole begins.
Alternatively could you do a refresh and include ruwag turbo concrete bits aswell as which bits perform better when a pilot hole is drilled?
Hoping this will materialize 🙏🤞
Thanks!
Ответитьi love your channel bro! keep it up!
ОтветитьI was praying u have a video about Drill Bits and WALA ! Here you are ! ur Amazing !Thanks !
Ответить👍🏼👍🏼
ОтветитьVermont American made a double fluted bit that was pretty cheap and way faster than anything else I've used. Tore through that nasty ass yellow brick all the old buildings used.
ОтветитьHercules brand stole minecraft textures
ОтветитьMake another video with sds plus bits and use a rotary hammer drill
ОтветитьThe Austrian-made Alpen brand seems to make good drill bits
ОтветитьSuggestion for another video: electric lawn mowers! (I know they can be a bit pricey).
ОтветитьNow I completely understand why diamond tipped tools are used for cutting concrete and rocks. Metal. Bits just aren't strong enough for it.
ОтветитьHey can you do a review on BAD DOG drill bits, thanks.
ОтветитьTest out sds plus bits on concrete
Ответитьthank you...blessings
ОтветитьWould like to see a test om corded hammer drills. I burned through 4 doff brands drilling through 3 1/2" of concrete for my lift. Was drilling I believe 1/2" hole for anchor bolts for lift. I went through prob 10 bits too cause they seem to quit cutting as well
ОтветитьRyobi, Bosch, Milwaukee, Diablo and irwin are good
ОтветитьLove your vids!
I owe you some $'s, if the bits work on 64 yr old foundation basement & Hatchway concrete.
Small screws, 2.inches or less deep !
In your E-Drill & Driver / Hammer tests.
I believe Greenworks was not in there.
Your tests are priceless!
Still owe u on the E-mower test.
I love my Greenworks 20" 48v mower.
Just enough for my yard.
Thx
