We love the Embassy suites resort Disney good neighbor hotel
ОтветитьDoes any have electric vehicle parking chargers?
ОтветитьI love your voice. Very cool.
ОтветитьAm I the only one that gets infuriated by the parking fee? Just put it in the cost of the room and don’t nickel and dime me. 😠
ОтветитьHotel Plaza Blvd hotels near Downtown Disney (the Holiday Inn LBV, Buena Vista Palace, Drury Inn, etc) were always a good place for WDW property hotels at less than property rates. But the last few years even these hotels have skyrocketed.
ОтветитьSuch a cool channel. Thinking about making one similar. Great job 👏
ОтветитьThe Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossing was a great choice for me and my family. Beautiful area and clean well maintained hotel. We will stay again
ОтветитьI'm was able to get flights to mco from Michigan for $43 so I came to this video to find a hotel I only trust his opinions bc he is honest
ОтветитьIt has been some years back so off the top of my head I can't think of the name but I stayed at a hotel there that had weekly rates that were about $250 - 275 per week. It was literally like a 5 minute walk from Universal Studios.
ОтветитьGreat info. Those are pretty reasonable pri9.
ОтветитьThank you Dev. Just saw your video on Hilton Homewood Suites. Came back to this one…thanks for these videos!
ОтветитьIm always dropping ppl off there at the drury hotel
ОтветитьDev, I know I'm late and this video was shot 2 weeks ago......
I just booked a stay at the Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek for a 2 bedroom condo for $104 per night (via Priceline) Sat Aug 19 thru Sat Aug 26. Free parking, free wifi, and there doesn't appear to be a resort fee.
Value wise and budget friendly, i don't think it can get any better than this.
We've always stayed off site at places like Liki Tiki, Fantasy world, grand beach, Cypress pointe because i know i can always find a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo or townhouse with full kitchen and washer and dryer, and nice pools for under $150 per night (including any resort and parking fees, before taxes).
I never thought we would ever ba able to stay inside Disney World proper until i came across Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek
I have now subscribed as really enjoying your content after watching a few video's! We are in the middle of planning our first (possibly only) trip to DW Jan/Feb 2024 with TA. For my daughter's 21st! We are quite excited as something I wanted to do for so long with her! It is so much to consider, on-site/off-site/DW/Universal... so much! I really like the price/look of Universal hotels but not sure if taking Ubers to DW will rack up and better to stay at DW as will be there more days. If I could I would split-stay between DW/Universal but package deals do not seem to offer that.😭🤪 Or off-site that have shuttles to both and do Uber once in while when shuttles do not work well for our time. So much, but I do know we are trying to do it as budget friendly as we can as our flights will be lots and we would rather spend money on other things then parks... photo maker, Genie+, eat and drink around the world, maybe even a desert party to watch fireworks! So excited, thank you for all the budget friendly tips and ALL the reviews as been very helpful!
ОтветитьI’d definitely consider these hotels now seeing as Disney is pricing people out 👍🏻👍🏻
ОтветитьHi Dev, this video was so helpful and informative. It must have taken a lot of time and effort to put it together. All your videos are great but I just wanted to acknowledge the work you do. Thank you so much ❤
ОтветитьI am so excited to watch this, because I’ve been wondering this same thing! Very few people cover anything off property!
ОтветитьHomewood has Mickey waffles
ОтветитьHey Dev! We have not stayed at this particular Drury, but we happened upon one in Cincinnati, OH and fell in love with Drury. My daughter ended up getting sick during our stay in Cincy and the staff was exceptional. We have never been better cared for. The kickback is a full meal and this was a game changer since we unexpectedly needed dinner and having it there for us was so appreciated. The food was great for a continental style service. Better than any other hotel brand continental food service I have had. I encourage anyone to stay with Drury. We have stayed at multiple locations and had the same experience at all of them. Their employees all seem to really love working for them. We switched from Hilton to Drury as our number one choice. We now only stay with Hilton if Drurys are unavailable. I hope you try a staycation at their hotel soon. 😊
ОтветитьAny places with 2 bedroom for a party of 5?
ОтветитьWhat a great video. I usually stay at the Sheraton Vistana which is also very close to the parks and have a kitchen. We cook meals, and bring food into the park which saves you lots of money too. Staying onsite is nice but for the expense you don't really get much. Off-site is much better for me and family.
ОтветитьShared on Facebook love watching Dev ❤
ОтветитьFlamingo Crossings residence inn or townplace suites also great options with free breakfast and free parking last time I checked. There are so many great places to eat and drink at Flamingo crossing regardless without crowds its just a great place to stay.
ОтветитьStayed at Universal Endless Summer Dockside in 2022 and really enjoyed it. Great budget choice
ОтветитьWe (family of 4) stayed at the Drury 1 month ago. It was such an easy walk to Disney Springs. The included breakfast was excellent and i watched EPCOT fireworks from the pool! The front desk staff was so helpful. We were chatting while we checked in. I mentioned that we had reservations for T-Rex the following day. The Drury had a coupon for their customers to receive a free appetizer at T-Rex. Concerierge checked our magic bands for us. We definitely recommend!
ОтветитьThank you for showing us a cheaper version of places to stay
ОтветитьWe are staying at Sonder Cirrus this september, it’s a new brand hotel with an app for check-inn and other stuff. There is no resort fee and free parking for guests. Its located on HW192 near Margarita Ville. Did you hear of this new hotel?
ОтветитьTru has the best blackout curtains in the buisness. They can turn the room into midnight at anytime of day.
ОтветитьI love this kind of video! Ways to save while visiting the parks are always appreciated! 🎉 and I love that you mentioned which are pet friendly, because we always bring ours!
ОтветитьGreat video!!! I'm so glad you mentioned Drury Inn, it's an unbelievable deal when you factor in that there's no nightly resort fee, free breakfast, free coffee, soda, and popcorn all day, and the 5:30pm kickback that includes two adult beverages and "snacks" which in my opinion can be dinner ( hot dog bar, baked potatoes, chili and then a different option each night such as meatballs, mashed potatoes and salad, etc). You just can't beat that. You're also close enough to walk to disney springs, they provide free buses to the parks. I would recommend this over Lake Buena Vista Wyndham Garden Inn across the street. No food options, $30 a night resort fee, and the hotel rooms are starting to feel outdated even with the recent refurb.
ОтветитьWe've been pleased with Choice Comfort Inn and Suites at 7495 Canada Ave. near Universal Orlando. A full free breakfast is provided, with no parking fee and no resort fee and a working hot tub. We also enjoy the covered patio with ceiling fans and fitness room. For my work, the WiFi has worked very well. Since we traveled a good bit last year due to family concerns, the points added up quickly with the Choice rewards program, so we were able to secure free hotel nights fairly frequently. For this year, I see many nights cost $80 each day as a base rate at this particular hotel.
ОтветитьI've stayed where the Drury is located when it was the best western and I loved the hotel and the proximity to Disney springs as well as the theme parks.
ОтветитьGreat video! We are also Hilton fans (Hilton Diamond). Hope to see you also share your top 5 favorite higher-end resorts. Always informative and honest videos. We appreciate your work!
ОтветитьI love the doubletree trowr hotel across thr street from universal. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff is very nice. It's a Hilton hotel. It's a nice walk over to the parks.
ОтветитьExcellent video with great information!! Thanks for sharing!!
ОтветитьDo you have to pay for parking at Disney resorts? I didn’t realize you had to pay for parking. I guess it’s still cheaper than Disney.
ОтветитьYou live the best life🎉
ОтветитьUniversal Hotels are all awesome, and it doesn't seem like you pay a premium to be on property. Disney Hotels, on the other hand, definitely charge a premium. Even though I'm a fan of on property hotels, the price of Disney hotels is making me seriously consider alternatives like the Drury.
ОтветитьAs a Canadian who has not been back to WDW since Covid, and I went nearly annually, these look so much better. I used to be scared of non-Disney hotels but Disney removing perks, including airport transportation, makes this so worth trying next time. Disney hurting itself with short-term cuts.
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьI just looking for a hotel with fireworks view for the room, it very hard to find something for the family with a good price. Any suggestions are welcome!!
ОтветитьThank you…. 😊
ОтветитьBuena Vista Suites is very good. Free breakfast and free transportation to the Disney park and Disney Springs. Forgot to mention that free breakfast is served in real plates not plastic.
ОтветитьWe’re coming to Orlando in September and have booked the Drury. Walking distance to Disney Springs and from there you can get to where you need to go or use the free transport. The breakfast looks great and the other amenities look good value. We always stay on property so this will be a change but makes it a bit more affordable when everything is so expensive just now. Thanks for the review and the info!
ОтветитьDisney needs to watch out! Universal is coming in 💪🏽 😂
ОтветитьWhat about suites with 2 bathrooms? That will fit 6 ppl?
Ответитьexcellent as always.
ОтветитьWe prefer to stay on Disney world property but those look like great alternatives . Thanks Dev 😎
ОтветитьGreat information dev on the hotels. Disney hotels are way to expensive as you are basically only getting two queen beds in a room, I have stayed at a few Disney hotels and don’t think the benefits (if any) are worth what they charge.
Thanks for this video well needed 🥰
