The nature has exposed the reason of this horrible disaster and CO2 role in this is about 3-4% and all contributors including CO2 and other than IBWT (Indus Basin Water Treaty-1960) has role less than 14%. The IBWT contribution to the Global heating and thus to Climate Change and resulting into too many Climate Extremely Terrible Disasters throughout the earth Globe is 86% since 1965. In1960 Global Heating rate by all contributors was 2.235 ZJ/year and thus (5.58%) was the deficit in annual Global Heat dissipation Budget of about 40 ZJ/year . In 1960 IBWT was implemented by World Bank, USA, UK, Australia, France and Germany (WUUAFG) etc. and this started increasing Global Heating rate and by 1973 it became 16.48 ZJ/year. Thus, since about 1965 the annual Global heat dissipation budget is deficit by 41.2% and since then about 956 ZJ additional heat is added to the Earth Globe, continuously further increasing annually by 16.48 ZJ. The above stated WUUAFG culprits are misleading the world public to CO2 etc. with role only about 3% and concealing their terrible Blunder of IBWT which has contribution more than 86%. The water thus diverted was the Freon of Natural Global Air Conditioner (GAC) and thus GAC was disabled in 1965. Now there are two Challenges: 1). to revert the IBWT to stop further heat input and 2nd). is to drain out the 956 ZJ explosive. The Pakistan has the solution to both through its optimum irrigation. For this Water storage dams 450-500 MAF only in Pakistan along with irrigation, drainage and hydro-power production system to be developed by UNO with financial contribution by all the countries proportionate to their role in 2.235 ZJ and above stated culprits proportionate to 14.245 ZJ in total finances proportionate to 16.48 ZJ. The UNO and International Court of Justice should intervene and take so-moto action to save all the living peoples, animals and plants from this horrible nightmare by managing the IBWT reversal and two more . That derecho storm came with no warning from weather services, imagine its sunny weather and 20 minutes later youre in a hurricane. It flattened entire corn fields and crumpled grain bins like paper.
