If you're in anyway allergic or sensitive to gluten you HAVE to shift rice and other grains. I have celiac disease and it's me and my family's staple diet. It's healthier btw.

I would never use this kind of thing for actual medical care but I would absolutely go do this for the tingles. 😂 I’m a firm believer that lavender oil can absolutely help calm you down BUT clinical depression needs medication from a GP (at least in my experience.) I think this kind of thing has a time and place but should never replace being under the care of a doctor.

I wouldn’t take this sort of medicine as a treatment per say, but I’d do a session out of curiosity!
