Hey, how do you get the “light” warning to disappear? Mine keeps appearing and disappearing. I’m trying to capture to a monitor but don’t want that to write to the footage.

I just picked up an m3 recently, this video helped me make that decision. I have one concern though, do you by any chance know what batteries to use with it and where I can pick one up? I can find bateries for the m5 but none for the m3. Thanks, and beautiful vid!

Hey what battery did you use to re cell? My Panasonic PV-200D’s battery finally died today. If I believe correctly the M1 and the 200D use 12v and 2000mAh batteries if I’m not mistaken. Thanks.

Hey do you have any tipps on adjusting the white balance/exposure? Whenever I record with my panasonic nv m1 the sky always gets overexposed even with a closed iris. The camera only records right when i directly point it up to the sky.

How do you transfer the footage to your computer?

Hey, it's me again. I bought the M3 about a year ago and I've been occassionally recording with it since. Today it started to make strange noise as if it was trying to rewind it when I turn it on, and then shuts itself off after few seconds. It does it everytime I try to turn it on and nothing happens if I press the eject button or any button at all, and then shuts off. Moments before this I could normally preview captured video on it. Any ideas what could cause this or what could be done to eject the tape that is stuck inside? There is very little information around about these devices and I immediately thought of you if someone might help. Thank you.

Hey I'm just wondering how you capture video from these vhs tapes? I do have a vcr connected to my pc via a capture card but I can never get good looking video from them (too much artifacting and interlacing) I record the videos on a Panasonic m1 and use the vcr to play the tapes since I can keep the vcr hooked up. so i was just wondering what software you use? any response would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
