Betty is such a situational damage champ, majority of her dmg comes either hail or cluster bomb (her ult is coin flip if it works or not). She can dish so much dmg but not really guarantee kills.
I'm not sure if betty is actually good against toxic/dr/shield/hp pirate comps. I thinks she a champ option if tyra or willo are banned perhaps

Betty is a different story because when you play her you feel like you do a lot of damage but don't get a lot of kills. When you go against a Betty player you get wrecked by them that's the experience.
