If you are a highly sensitive person beware dhe directs a heightened aware of all you senses while in trans.....not a good idea if your intuitive, she suggests being more open and aware.....she should only be talking about food. Not connecting psychic.

Although there's not a lot of research showing that meditation directly helps you lose weight, meditation does help you become more aware of your thoughts and actions, including those that relate to food.

I just found you 2 nights ago. While I walk several miles a day & for the most part eat healthy, I mindlessly pop chocolate in my mouth. I love ice cream at night too. Trying to lay off the sugar. I'll let you know next week how its going🤞

I love this. Been using it every night this week. Also off and on for the last couple months. This was the first week I accomplished my goals every day.
To those just trying it you may want to do some workshops in NLP to understand some of the language. Many free ones out there.
It is a big add to my other habits I am building as I make this switch to living my authentic/higher self life.
Best way to end the day.
To those worried about what is said I have listened to the first two loops and it's all good what she is saying.
Love the stair case. I have fun with it.
Only thing is if I get to the end of the first loop and not asleep I get upset at the sleep.... Sleep.... Sleep part. But only happened 2x so far.
I tell people your voice sounds like if the Cheshire cat in Alice in wonderland had a dauter. I enjoy it a lot ty.

So this is the second time I listened to this. I turned this on the first time about a week ago and I saw a decrease in my appetite and my mood lifted as well!

Last night was the second time I turned it on because I saw that my appetite was slowly starting to increase again and I over ate a little a couple days ago (nothing bad cause I was getting over a cold) but I just didn't want to go back into the same binging pattern.

So I turned it on before going to sleep and it absolutely works! Woke up with a lifted mood once again and didn't have much of an appetite. I walked in the kitchen to have a glass of water, looked over at the chocolates lying on my pantry shelf and just walked away. Before, I would just attack those little things but today I didn't really feel like it.

I noticed this has been helping me with my cravings for chocolate and chips. I haven't been craving much sweets lately either and I'm a big sweet tooth and love my chips as well. The craving has definitely decreased!

Noticed a bit of change happening to my mom apron so stay tuned!
