The Beretta M9 was suppose to be on this list as an honorable mention, honestly I just forgot to mention it. The 1911 didn't make it even though I love it bc it is made by too many different manufactures with different tolerances and quality control. 1911's from Dan Wesson, Colt, Springfield and so on are great pistols but they're are a lot of duds out there as well.
ОтветитьThe Beretta is way better than an honorable mention...
ОтветитьWhat are the thouhts on the Sig P320?
ОтветитьI have the HKp30L and the CZP09. I love them both but the HK is by far mY FAVORITE!
ОтветитьI love my usp in .45acp. Truly reliable and accurate. Rahh. SFMFs
ОтветитьH&K to me is 1 as reliable with Glock close 2
ОтветитьHow come you have or p30 but p30l doesn't make it?
ОтветитьM9A3
ОтветитьThe USP45 V1 will be my next purchase then maybe the Sig P226 MK25
ОтветитьBeretta is Hollywood's handgun; prove me wrong.
ОтветитьGlocks will shoot anything you load. If you had those pistols on a table and I had to chose one to save my life, I’m taking a G17.
ОтветитьSerpico is one of my favorite movies😅 I don't like al Pacino in anything else
ОтветитьOut of curiosity about the CZ line…doesn’t P signify polymer? The P01 isn’t. So, now I’m doubting my brain cells. Thanks!
ОтветитьCurious.... no Beretta 92/M9? How is that possible? I own and shoot everything on your list except the HK, which is a fine pistol. But if there is no inclusion of the 92, then your judgement cannot be trusted. Sorry.
ОтветитьNo Ruger on the list? The SR9 is pretty darn reliable.
ОтветитьI like the m1911 myself.
ОтветитьCZ P-01:
Must be able to complete the following without failure:
4000 dry firings
3000 De-cockings
Operator level disassembly 1350 times with out ware or damage to components.
Complete disassembly 150 times, this is all the way down, pins, springs etc.
100% interchangability, any number of pistols randomly selected, disassembled, parts mixed and reassembled with no failures of any kind including loss of accuracy.
Safety requirements:
Drop test
1.5 meter (4.9) drop test, this is done 54 times with the pistol loaded (blank) and the hammer cocked. Dropping the pistol on the butt, the muzzle, back of the slide, sides of the gun, top of the slide, in essence, any angle that you could drop the gun from. This is done on concrete and 0 failures are allowed! A failure is the gun firing.
3meter drop (9.8) 5 times with the pistol loaded (blank) and the hammer cocked, This is done on concrete and 0 failures are allowed! A failure is the gun firing.
After these tests are complete the gun must fire without service.
The factory contracted an independent lab to do additional testing on guns that previously passed the drop tests. These pistol were dropped an additional 352 times without failure.
The pistol must also complete an environmental conditions test:
This means cold, heat, dust/sand and mud.
The pistol must fire after being frozen for 24 hours at 35C (-36F).
The pistol must fire after being heated for 24 hours at 70C (126F)
The pistol must fire after being submerged in mud, sand and combinations including being stripped of oil then completing the sand and mud tests again.
Service life:
The service life requirement from the Czech police was 15,000 rounds of +P ammo!
The pistol will exceed 30,000 rounds with ball 9mm.
Reliability:
The reliability requirements for the P-01 pistol are 99.8%, thats a .2% failure rate.
This equals 20 stoppages in 10,000 rounds or 500 Mean Rounds Between Failure (MRBF)
During testing, the average number of stoppages was only 7 per 15,000 rounds fired, this is a .05% failure rate, a MRBF rate of 2142 rounds! Over 4 time the minimum acceptable requirement.
The U.S. Army MRBF requirement is 495 rounds for 9mm pistols with 115 grain Ball ammunition.
The Makarov PM should be top 3. Built like a tank and never jams.
ОтветитьI bought my Ruger P89 back in 1994 and I've run every type of 9mm ammo through it over the years and it has never failed. Very solid and reliable pistol.
ОтветитьYou're to young to know about S&W 3rd gens.
ОтветитьMy Sig P-226R Shoots better than my old eyes can see
ОтветитьJesus Christ Is Lord
ОтветитьLol... i like how the firearms that make these lists are always "military" or "law enforecement" proven. That doesn't mean anything when you consider how companies are awarded the contracts to supply the firearms - 1) they have to be cheap at cost, 2) they have to be safe, 3) reliability comes last. Pretty much all firearms made by any reputable company is going to function decently and in modern times most of them do shoot 99% of the time. Absolutely all walther and hk pistols destroy all firearms on these lists, but they never make it to them because they are expensive and no law/military construct uses them on a large scale because of their cost. Some german law enforcement agencies use walthers, but that's about it. Literally everyone i can get to use a walther ppq says they cant believe how much better it is than glocks. Walthers and hks have the REAL polygonal bore riflings which deliver unmatched projectile performance... how about test some real firearms and lemme know how this list changes.
ОтветитьI like this list but I have to say I think S&W Shield needs to be on this list. Never a single failure with any of my shields. Carry on.
ОтветитьThe glock 17 will jam every time you limprist it. That's not reliable.
ОтветитьWhy did you leave out Revolvers?
ОтветитьPretty much any Beretta 92 variant, Walther P99 and its variants, HK USP, and Glocks. Never seen those fail.
ОтветитьMan…I’ve got three on this list. But my Ruger P85 has never jammed…ever, ever.❤
ОтветитьGlocks are only good, if they are true glocks, with glock parts inside it. aftermarket glock parts and lowers, can be crap.
ОтветитьThis video may be 4 years old as of writing this comment, but, the CZ-75 being number 1 is deserved. I've had over 1k rounds through mine and I have yet to have 1 malfuntion. I've used all types of ammo from many different brands and anything bad that happened with it was all on my part (mostly accidentally letting the slide slip out of my hands lol)
ОтветитьI've been carrying and shooting the Heckler & Koch USP .40 for 25 years and can't recommend it enough.
Ответитьyes.... Ber 92FS.... Italian beauty
ОтветитьSomeday I will own a USP
ОтветитьTake all your pissy 9mm and throw them in the trash, .45 cal rules . . .
ОтветитьWhy brother was the realist pistol made the 911 on the list at the top of them all brother God bless
ОтветитьNO WAY A GLOCK is more reliable than an H&K!! I’d rather throw a Glock than shoot one. What the Hell were you thinking?!
ОтветитьJust purchased the G48, and had second thoughts that the G43x is what I should've purchased. I understand they are interchangeable, so if I install the G43 barrel and slide, does it become a G43x, or are there still differences? Haven't shot it yet, so exchanging it with the G43x may be more costly than changing the parts. Any advice?
ОтветитьAgree on the P07. Thanks.
ОтветитьI would add the classic 1911. It is my all time favorite handgun apart from the Glock 17 gen 5.
ОтветитьUSP all the way :)
ОтветитьTop 5? Ask the military operators that USE them...
Ответитьmy Beretta M9a4 kicks that CZ's butttt!
Ответитьare you ever going to review he HK VP9sk or did Sig tell you to only review the sig 365?
Ответить😎🤘
ОтветитьThe USP certainly belongs on this list based on my 20 years (.40 S&W) of use, with zero malfunctions. I cannot say the same for my Glock 23, which is also a great pistol.
Ответить1. Glock
2. Glock
3. Glock
4. Glock
5. Glock
Honorable mentions
Sig Sauer, HK USP, Springfield xd, WALTHER
Garbage
ОтветитьJust stay away from revolvers when shtf and if your a glock man stay with f 19 17 and gen 5
ОтветитьFuck you and the so called “war on terror”
Ответить
