Dear when i make factory reset the right one did not mark orange light and right one did not work

Having the same problem worst earbuds I’ve ever had and they had really good reviews left earbud has been broken since 3 days in won’t connect to Bluetooth 90 percent of the time but works very rarely just say battery fully charged then goes click click click and won’t connect to Bluetooth right earbud works perfectly fine but it’s really bad a headphone not working days after spending £59.99

I have the poco x3 pro and i bought these earbuds last month but they keep on stopping every now and then for a couple seconds but it does it regularly lately and it gets annoying. Do you you have any idea on how to fix it?? I also think that this problem is coming only when i use the spotify but it is not happening when i don't have the earbuds connected

My problem is that I don't know how to turn them off after I disconnect them from my Bluetooth. I put the buds back in the case and the orange light never stopped blinking as if the buds are still on.
