I dont know. If you ever lived in New York and know the commercial real estate prices, the timeline of this story made no sense. If you rent an office of this size and fill it with people you are looking at a monthly cost of business nearing a million dollar a month without any problem at all. If you can´t swing a real rolex at that point in time, you are in trouble.

Here's how I got my first Rolex. I tried to buy a 100m property on the beach in Florida that you were the listing agent last year. Nouveau riche, I remembered my very first real estate agent who was so helpful and kind when I bought my my first home that was a scant 1100sf. She had never sold any property bigger than 250k. I called her to help me buy a home in Florida, knowing that the commission on this sale was more than she made in two years. My agent was a huge fan of yours and was nearly giddy to meet you. I had never heard of you as I dont follow NYC real estate people. No one from your fancy NYC office ever called her back. I was disappointed, she was crushed. I was a cash buyer. I figured if you had the buyer call you and send you my KYC Clear Clean and PoF, you might wake up and realize you had a REAL buyer. No one from your fancy NYC office ever called me back. Probably could have bought a second watch with the commission. I found another home at half the price on the beach and with the money saved, bought myself a Rolex, a nice Ferrari, and a pair of platinum and diamond studs. Thanks for your help. :)

Dude, fake rolexes are not made from plastic... experts have trouble finding the difference...
I have a few of them.... actually all the models and 5 daytonas... my favorite...
I have them because I like the models.... not to fake... dont need to at my age
but I just dont want to spend all that money on it

It doesn't matter. All that matters is that you have enough to afford million of dollars of watches today. Unfortunately, I only have enough money for Amazon stocks, so I will buy a Punjabi Designs lookalike for a super clone. I need about $50K more. I think Amazon might be a better investment than Rolex. I will wear my stock certificates on my wrist...lol.

It depends where u sell. For example selling in Scandinavia where my customers are this would have opposite effect. Im from Eastern Europe There when first time went with my partner for big project we put 7 series BMW away in parking lot and arrived walking because some arrive at meeting with bikes
