ОтветитьThe ads at the end are a jump scare
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI can sleep better
ОтветитьThis was so nice, but then a scary sounding ad came on at the end of the video that scared the crap outta me😅
ОтветитьHey Sara Beth!
ОтветитьThank you SaraBeth!
I actually started doing these because I set a goal of daily morning meditation/yoga/exercise, and a few days I'd run out of time for the yoga, so I decided to do it before bed just so I could technically keep my goal. What I've found is I absolutely love having this super intentional break from the day to physically and mentally prepare for going to sleep. Sometimes it can be tricky to stop putzing around and doing one last thing and before I know it it's so late. This really helps make the transition deliberate, and so far has been sending me to sleep quickly - like sending a message through the whole nervous system letting my body know: the day is done; the only thing left to do is lay down, and let go.
Why have I never done pre-bed yoga before!
Thanks so much
ОтветитьSo good to get ready for bed ❤
ОтветитьWill let you know tomorrow morning if it works
ОтветитьI❤this
ОтветитьYou are awesome
ОтветитьIt can remind you to take care of yourself first, so you can show up fully for others.
ОтветитьDefinitely fell asleep! The change in sound of the next video woke me up!
ОтветитьThis is not an in bed routine as is suggested at the beginning. Also, to me it feels too heavy to do at bedtime
ОтветитьThis will sound very st*pid... But i don't know how to breathe. I have developed an OCD (no full on but for a year, as I have GAD anxiety), and I found myself the days I'm hormonal (ovulation and PMS) controling my breathing because i feel like the air doesn't get where it should, so I'm VERY aware of my breathing and i hyperventilate and feel like my heart is going out of ny chets, and numb arms and legs and dizziness. I tried more medication but it didn't do much.
I know yoga helps with anxiety and that's why I'm here (and if someone has the same please comment and help me because I'm at the point where I'm constantly terrified I'll get a heart failure or faint, and start crying even tho I'm properly medicated), so I'd like to know if a normal breathing is ok while doing these excercises? Is the best i can do breathing in from my nose and out my mouth slowly good enough for this?
I'm sorry if i sound crazy... But i know breathing is important in yoga and i don't know ANYTHING about yoga, so that's why I'm asking anyone who knows more.
Thank you in advance and I'll start tonight with the excercises.
Thank you!
I have been having trouble sleeping for a couple of weeks, and this video nightly has helped me regain my sanity, by helping me, you guessed it, SLEEEP.
ОтветитьI love this video I slept well. Your beginner videos have been great for my health and mental state ❤
ОтветитьMy first time doing your one of your programs. Loved it! Really set me up for a good night’s rest! ❤
ОтветитьGoodness, this was so helpful after a terrible day. I'll be using it faithfully. The best part was Shavasana, just letting it all go. I fell asleep quickly afterward and slept so soundly. Thank you, SaraBeth!
ОтветитьThis exercise looks like it might be fun. I can't wait to try it but the white background hurt my eyes.
Thank you SarahBethYoga!!
doing this on the floor really helps me be very grounded
ОтветитьI love your videos! This was my first and still my favorite! 💕
ОтветитьI didn’t even mind the minute-long introduction, I just stared at your face the whole time lol you’re so pretty
ОтветитьThank you for this video. I felt asleep. I didn't noticed that its already ended. Good night.
ОтветитьThis was good, except for the commercial at the end woke me up. 🙁
ОтветитьI am just getting into yoga as a workout routine. I’ve been doing 30 min daily for about a week now and have just been picking out different videos. My question is should I stick with just one or two for several weeks or is it ok that I just pick and choose? I am really enjoying this and love that my two young children come do yoga right next to me each morning! 💜
ОтветитьThese poses are okay after having dinner?
ОтветитьI have severe acid reflux can't do the downward dog. :'( and its m fav
ОтветитьAfter an insanely stressful and tear filled day this only heightened my anxiety with how far she is from the camera. the annpying intro that took up 5 minutes, and the terrible upbeat music playing throughout i couldnt relax or focus on my breath at all😠
ОтветитьAhh lovely sequence thank you 😊 💤
ОтветитьThank you. Feel so much calmer.
