Hi Andy just wondering do you know that BMW Barnstormer dealerships has closed?
ОтветитьBeautiful. Note taken and waiting to see them in real life.
ОтветитьThat's the white Hart in cheddar!!!! How the hell didn't I spot these riding around!!
ОтветитьFor me somehow Royal Enfield never get the look of their Classics quite right. Original old REs always looked sleek & lithe in comparison to the modern crop of “re-imaginings” which always seem a bit too lardy & over-styled for my tastes. It’s almost like their designers are trying just a little bit too hard to be “authentic”. But there’s no doubt these will sell in abundance to crowds of buyers who aren’t as obsessively pedantic as me!
ОтветитьNice!
I own a Himalayan and recently bought an Interceptor, so a bit of an Enfield fan.
I've test ridden/reviewed all of their bikes, so really looking forward to this one!
The only complaint, and reason, I didn't go for the 350 Classic, lack of power, sooo......🤔🙂
Cool bike! 👍
ОтветитьDoes anyone want to lend me £6500?
ОтветитьAlmost as heavy as my Yamaha XJR1300!!! I think I’ll stick with the mighty muscle bike.
ОтветитьYes please
ОтветитьI want one... sign me up
ОтветитьWhat is going on with the rear fender? It looks like it was lifted from another bike. It's ... huge. It.. doesn't fit. Why the gap between it and the tire?
Ответитьsoo heavy
ОтветитьNeeds fully enclosed rear shocks to finish it off but fair play to re for not ripping people off off with extortionate prices maybe other manufacturers will follow suit
ОтветитьClassics looks fine, but I'm still waiting for a Himalayan 650 🙂. Thank you TMF!!
ОтветитьCongratulations RE, this is a stunning looking classic bike. I will be down for a look once they are in the dealerships. Thank you Mr. Flyer for this quick review, literally hours after the press release.
ОтветитьThe Bruntingthorpe one is my Jam. I'd just gotten all excited about the Bear and prior to that the Shotgun. We need a video from you, sir, on how to convince the wife that 2 bikes are a necessity.
Ответитьfifty shades of 650
ОтветитьAll I can say is if Madras puts out a retro Norton like this bike I'll be all in to ditch my Sportster for a commando!
ОтветитьThese are good colours but should have launched in black and gray colours as well
ОтветитьThat chrom and red version is just out of this world so sweet to look yet powerful to pull a big car
ОтветитьI have to say I'm liking the more frequent post.
ОтветитьWow!! Amazing. None of them are 90% flat black, like almost all other newer Royal Enfields. Maybe the tide is turning back to normal? In like the red and blue on the red/white and blue white ones. I would like to see one in solid red or blue with chrome fenders. Even the black/chrome one has very little black. But all the 90% black bikes over the past decade have turned me complete away from black. I might actually consider buying one of these. Sadly they will be well over $10K USD OTD by the time they make it to the U.S.
Ответить350 and 500 are thumpers. Does going from 1, to 2 pot, and no pushrods change it completely? Too similar to the shotgun?
ОтветитьI already have a Classic 350 so this is too similar for me, but I'm looking to add an Interceptor. These are BEAUTIFUL bikes, though! I would choose Vallam Red.
ОтветитьBeautiful bike
ОтветитьLooks good. Half cruiser, half bobber.
ОтветитьBeautiful bike, especially the red. There are some review videos already up (Zig Wheels and Autocar plus others) from the prelaunch ride in the UK. Concensus so far seems to be it is a great bike, hard suspension and having only tubed spoked wheels being the only caveats.
ОтветитьDo you actually play guitar? Your guitars have no strings. Wall art? I play and ride.
ОтветитьLike the black chrome. Just wish the wheel rims were black like on the Interceptor.
ОтветитьWell done RE but im STILL riding my 1980s Iron barrelled 350 bullet ,,,,, and probably still will be in another 30 years time
ОтветитьFu** yeah!
ОтветитьDid you know the Triumph bobber starts at 13 thousand or you could have two of these.
You often fess up to being a triumph fan boy but could you justify that ?
looks good to me == but why you like the boring dirt showing black is beyond me ;;
ОтветитьWow that's a beautiful classic bike pity its only a 650, wish they could do more 1000cc classics.
ОтветитьI was eagerly awaiting the release of this classic and was ready, willing and eager to put down my deposit. Until I heard the weight:240 kilos! Anything over 200 kilos is just too much for an old chap like me. I think I’ll go for the Honda 500.
ОтветитьI've saved up, ready to make a deposit.
ОтветитьRoyal Enfield nailed it again. Why can't Harley-Davidson do this? 😮
ОтветитьAbsolutely love it.
Ответитьso should i get the 350, or wait a bit more to buy the 650?
ОтветитьMe thinks N Yorks/east Cumbria! (God's country - go on a tour, you'll love it!!) - could well be wrong though.. REs are getting more & more desirable - my local dealer in Valencia looks amazing - Triumph beware for your 'classic' sector!! Three vids in two days, TWO on the same day - maybe you should have a lie down, clearly not well.
ОтветитьBasically it's a dressed up Shogun.
I was hoping more for a basic Bullet style to be in the range. Maybe even a 650 engine in the 350 frame.
Definitely the black and chrome!
ОтветитьAny talk of a signals version?
ОтветитьThe new 650 Bear also looks fantastic. Shame the motor does not make a little more power.
ОтветитьLooks good, but I found the RE 650 twin feels a bit 'modern'.
I want a Bullet 350.
Trouble is I can't find a maroon one. RE don't have any and no dealer can tell me when they will have one...
I thought maybe we were waiting for something new being released at EICMA even though India got a couple of new slightly different bullet variants already, but no.
Any ideas?
Think this could well be my next bike, love it.
ОтветитьI really need a black-Chrome Classic 650. What a beauty
ОтветитьI was getting really excited about it, until you mentioned the weight. That’s about 30kgs heavier than my BMW R1200S, which I’m beginning to find a bit heavy to push around (I’m well old and not as strong as I once was). I’ll have to have a look when they hit the showrooms and see how it carries the weight. Maybe 🤞 it won’t be as heavy to move as I fear.
ОтветитьLooks very nice, but 70 kg too heavy IMO.
ОтветитьThose pipes won’t look good for long - scrapes easily.
