Cheska is a charming name that I had never heard before. Calyx is unusual, I really like it. Heath is nice, Heather has been one of my favs for a while now.

Marigold is the quintessential October floral name, I love it so much 💖

While I do prefer Francesca in full I think Cheska is really fresh and fun and definitely wouldn't mind hearing it more.

Also loving Opal (a forever favorite) Twila, Caspia, and Amaris!

Cosmo, Beckett, Zephyr, and Calix/Calyx are fantastic too.

Hartford reminds me of some other names I really love like Eckhart/Eckhardt and Halford, very cool.

In California, we say Zephyr like, Zefur, (rather than Zef-eeer). We have a beach on Lake Tahoe called Zephyr Cove, very popular, well known, and beautiful place. 🙂

Calyx is also a part of the urinary tract and I think this meaning is way more known (at least by all health care professionals) than the part of the flower meaning so maybe I’d consider it before using the name.

Jorah.. I love that, however, I much prefer the Scottish spelling of Jura, (a small island and famous whisky.) Dayton is gorgeous, really like that a lot. Marigold is super cute, so many options for nicknames too.

Beck is one of my favourite boy names, and it's been a favourite for a long time after I read the Shiver series (by Maggie Stiefvater) in secondary school. Love the longer version that you mention here; Beckett. Heath, I've seen that on a lot of lists recently, it's lovely. Heath feels really warm to me. LOVEEEE Kiefer so much, again this has been on my list for a long time. Don't think my husband would go for it but it's definitely on a dream list.

Autumn is lonely, but Ian Sibley a summer girl 😎 I had Jora on my girls list. Srunning meaning! Not going to yuck on anyone’s yums, but I am not a fan of Gertie. I personally don’t think the “get” skinned is very pretty.

Becoming a first-time grandmother in 7 weeks! My kids have picked out two names they're deliberating between for their daughter: Aubrey Jane and Valerie Sarah !! I love both so much. Vallie could be a sweet Valerie nickname, and for Aubrey they'd call her Bree and AJ. They plan to decide once they see her in person. The Sarah middle name is a tribute to my mother Sarah who passed away last year; and I'm pretending the Jane middle name is in honor of me (Janine). Either way, I'm completely delighted!!

I love Knox, Beckett, Hartford, and Caspia is definitely going in my list. I know a woman in her 50zs or 60s maybe named Twyla.

I used to love the name Knox! It was on the list for both my babies before I knew they were girls. But I’m a middle school teacher in the southern US, and the recent influx of students named Knox has absolutely ruined it for me. There’s a Knox in every single class, and he’s often at the center of every classroom commotion. An over-generalization, I know, but still a cautionary tale…!
