I mean the 1st world is now considerably overweight, the biggest jump is very clearly the increase in sugar over the last 30-40yrs in food.

Why most of this video is absolute garbage:

Soup: Soup has salt. That’s been the norm for a long time, it keeps the soup tasting nicer. If they removed it, no one would buy it

Fruit Bar: Cool, it has lots of sugar. Is it sugar that the company added to the bars, no. It’s sugar from the crushed up fruit in there.

Wait! Why all of these kind of researches sound exaggerated? One bowl of soup equals to one big bowl of potato chips?! Aren't there other things in potato chips like very different from those in soup?

I never understood why North American and European breakfasts are so sugary. Asian breakfasts tend to just be similar to a lunch or dinner. Rice, grilled fish, simmered vegetables etc. Dont get me wrong, I love pancakes, toast with jam etc., but I never understood how this became a breakfast.

Its crazy im just now diving in to the whole realizion if food and the actual ingredients and how processed foods can effect the body.

Im 31 and if you made a pie chart of my entire food consumption of my life im sure that 70% if the pie would be "ultra processed* food. Frozen food especially i have eaten religiosly for the past 3 years. Id see the labe with 15g of protein and think this is good.

Natural my mental health has been extremely volotile my whole life especially the past 5-7 years. Im going to try my hardest to eat whole foods going forward and im interested to see the results.

Some people are so clueless about healthy food. Just focus on whole foods. Veggies, fruit, legumes, whole wheat etc. Limit any processed food as much as possible. Of course it's not that bad to take some Nutella once in a while, but it shouldn't be a staple food.

The worst ingredient in Nutella is not the sugar, believe it or not, it's the Palm oils. Very inflammatory.

It matters to read food labels, never trust the marketing on the packages without reading the nutritional labels. Food manufacturers do not care about public health, its all about MONEY for them and its disgusting. There needs to be a change. I hope more people become aware of this and buy less of their products. At this point, I am considering growing and raising my own food. Can't even trust these companies to do the right thing. Thank you for doing this video and journal report :)

Nutella is like everything in food, it is fine in moderation, and children if they like it should be able to enjoy it

If you were to listen to these Health Nutters the world would be a bland place indeed

Today kids at an early age a deprived of so much by parents who are obsessed with food diets and cleanliness, it's one of the reasons why today many kids have food allergies

i lived in italy. and have a few relatives in the US. theres a difference between nutella here and in the US. nutella here in italy is somewhat more chocolatey as if it has more cocoa and hazelnut taste and not that sweet. on the other hand the US nutella is more sweet and you cant even taste the hazelnut or the cocoa anymore because of the sweetness.
