Screen, XDR Display 12.9 Only, USB-C, Face ID on the Power Button, Camera is now 12MP, Later on USB-C Version of Apple Pencil is good but 1st Generation of Apple Pencil Cost 99$, while USB-C cost 79$ they could of switch that price with USB-C to 99$ and 1st Generation of Apple Pencil cost 79$, Flashlight, Second Camera, Surround Sound, The ad is good, Magic Keyboard and more.

Bad about iPad Pro 6th Generation is: No Home Button And Edge to Edge instead of Square Edge.

wifi speeds have more to do with your internet speed package you have more then anything else the problem i have found with 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi is way less distance with 5ghz over the 2.4 ghz 5 ghz is faster then the 2.4 but your range sucks compared to the 2.4 so i will lend some speed credit to 6ghz but you have to be close to the router and ussing extneders you would need wifi6e extenders as well to take advange and liske you said a router as well how ever you can use the wifi6e setting atlease on pcs on 5ghz and there is a buit of a speed increase on that alone but not much and your further reduce your distance with 5 and 6 ghz with out extnders that are compatabile with said band you use..

So what if you’ve never had an iPad would this one be good to get?

I don't know or care if it's better than last year's model. I care if it's worth buying, considering that my iPad is now old and from 2018.

iPad Pro 2020 user here. Have just sold it for the M2 2022 version. There is no way I will be able to afford the OLED display 14" iPads that are coming in 2024 and beyond. So for me - this M2 2022 Pro Version will be the last one I get for many years...

You said the ending was the only good thing you could say about this product, yet the video was laden with good things about the product. You said that it was a great upgrade for people who skipped the last previous pros, then you told those people to wait for the next upgrade. What are you really even trying to say because aside from technical nuances I don’t really see a problem here.

I have an iPad Pro from 2016. Trust me, this is a huge upgrade. The old iPad still works but it’s very slow and frustrating to use.

I disagree with your take on Wi-Fi 6E. My guess is they want to be able to switch bands for power efficiency, much like they do with 5G and 4G on the iPhone. Use the fastest connection when the user is waiting on it (e.g. web browsing), and use the most power efficient connection when they're not (e.g. whenever the device is sitting on the table just getting notifications).

I agree with some of your points, great video. However, I think you may have jumped to conclusions with the wifi 6E comment prior to researching it more. Wifi 6E has the old 2.4Ghz band, 5Ghz band, and 6Ghz band. The higher the Hz you go, the faster (and more bandwidth) the signal becomes... however because of physics that we can't change, the higher the Hz the lower the signal range. Also higher Hz have a harder time penetrating through walls and objects. It makes total sense for apple to suggest naming the different bands the same SSID name. Most consumers don't want to have to mess with changing bands manually or won't even think to.
This isn't an apple problem, this is just a physics problem.
These bands do have their uses, 6Gh has an insane bandwidth that will have use cases, you just have to be within close range of the router. Apple is doing the right thing by adding 6E compatibility and recommending naming the bands the same network name. Most people just have a wifi router in one spot in their house, their devices will automatically switch to the best band depending on where they are in the house.

The 2022 iPad Pro is a piece of crap. I just got it and it keeps shutting off to a dark screen and will not restart, regardless of attempting restart by holding the buttons etc. After a week with this device I am highly disappointed having spent a lot of money for a two terabyte device.

I just got the iPad Pro 2022 11”, I went from a iPad Air 3 so it was a significant upgrade for me but if you have the m1 iPad Pro there really isn’t a need to upgrade unless the m1 can’t handle what you do

Not everything is meant for an upgrade? I think we all know that. The M2 is for people who didn’t get the M1. It’s not rocket science to figure that out. There’s nothing “shady” about it.

With the discount price I choose the m1 iPad Pro and get myself the Logitech combo touch keyboard.

Does anyone know if you're writing, like writing school notes, and your palm or hand hits the screen does it mess up your writing? Or, does the screen just respond to the pen? I'm scared ill be writing and pressing my hand too much on the screen.

This guy has legit reviews…. Although an unpopular opinion, I now actually believe the new iPad 10 is good value. Most don’t care about the pencil, the un-laminated display, or the expensive keyboard they won’t buy anyhow. Job’s first ever iPad was 499$ ten years ago, and this is 449$ after years of inflation. If it goes down by 50-75$ in spring or on sale, it will be an awesome buy.

I have the 2018 12.9 PRO, I just bought the new 2022 12.9 PRO, I know its not a breakthrough device. but lets be honest the M1 PRO is a MONSTER... The Kid is getting the 2018 PRO so its going to good use.

ipad os is a mess, some apps work in split screen, some dont, same with stage manager - some apps can be resized, others just basically take up the whole screen. i just got a galaxy fold 4 instead.

Yes, the Amazon Renewed iPads are enticing, but a no go for me since you can't put AppleCare+ on them, which is a must have in my mind.
