Xiaomi Mi Band 4 Full Factory Reset & Soft Reset

I followed your advice. Now my Mi Band 4 is stuck completely on "Pair First" - but it isn't visible to either of my phones, old or new so is impossible to pair. How can I get any other screen? (except Regulatory, which is the only other option but that's info only). Not only that, but I've "lost" over 700 km walked in the last 10 weeks.

I have hidden all apps on the mi band and don't have access to the phone it was paired to. With the option "limit pairing" enabled, I am now locked out from my own mi band! Can you help me reset it?

Tracker screen frozen, how then? I unpaired the tracker because i got blank screen, after unpair, the band shows some chinese, then frozen after charging.

Tentando descobrir como ressetar uma mi-band-4 que nao aparece o menu de "mais opções" e nao sincroniza mais pois o telefone anterior quebrou a tela.
(Ja descarreguei ela toda e nada e ja desvinculamos com a conta miFit... nada)
Nao achei nehum botao fisico para apertar e nao descobri nenhuma sequencia de toques que entre em modo reset....

why does my battery run out so quickly I'm assuming it's because I havent used it in a long time so do I have to run it for a few days? my battery cant last a day and before my old mi band 3 had longer battery life but I used it frequently so pls help me confirm if I have to run it for a few days before it actually makes the battery life longer
