Hey!! Doug is back!!

Truth currently with my niece......I have never been as disgusted with a company as I am with Liberty Mutual Insurance. My car has been finished for 3 days just sitting at the body shop ready to pick up but they decided to only pay half of what was owed until they received additional information, they got that, 3 different times but yet they decided to just ignore it and not finish processing it and go on vacation without telling me. Meanwhile they are texting me everyday that I have to return my rental car with no other way of transportation or pay out pocket for the rental because they won’t finish the claim. If you use this company get out NOW they will leave you high and dry without a care in the world! As soon as this is finished I’m switching companies and I will tell everyone I know what a horrible company and experience this has been.
