You said take a deep breath, am I suppose to hold my breath.?
If so when do I exhail.?
2nd if my range of motion dosen't allow my to get parallel what do I do then.?

Thank you Kelly you’re doing some good work there your mindset and your presence of who you are. Your energy is worked very hard on being calm, collected and methodical as an ex athlete. I see that smart girl lady woman however, it said these days enjoyed.

I would just like to say if you use a mixed grip in the dead lift, there is a chance of suffering a distal bicep brachial tendon rupture in the supinated arm. This is a tearing of a bicep tendon in the arm where the palm of your hand faces forward. One of the reasons for using a mixed grip is because when using a double overhand grip the bar has a tendency to roll out of your grip. A mixed grip helps prevent this.

I have a coach telling me that strength training for women includes up to 10 repetitions, do you have a study that says women's strength training has to be performed from 1 to max 5-6 reps so I can shut his ignorant mouth up?

I've been a PT and in the fitness world for a long time, and I've met an unfortunate number of young men with spinal and shoulder imbalances because they only do mixed grip with their dominant hand always palm in. I think it should only be a resort when your grip fails to allow you to lift as heavy as your body can, or if you don't have wrist straps.
Other than that, great video, Kellys style and delivery is excellent, to the point, and confident.

Almost all are useless, Squats not as much but bench and deadlift = trash (Also, ignore what she said, you want to squeeze your blades so they both equally line up on the bench) Also start with your eyes level to the bar unlike her.. This is such bad information. Also, don't pre initiate the deadlift you throw out the entire kinetic chain functionality that the body inherently wants to do.

if you struggle to deadlift off the floor it's weak hamstrings ( that's almost all of you) if it isnt you then your squat is massive
