I wholeheartedly agree about the Houses of Parliament tour. It’s one of the best things I’ve done on any of my trips to London. If you can get in to see a debate in the Commons, those can be fun to watch too.
ОтветитьAwesome videos as usual, I am trying to do the same 💯
ОтветитьIn Melbourne I catch the Skybus to the airport
ОтветитьThe Mousetrap is coming to NY
ОтветитьI am going to London in October. I"'m staying in Paddington for 2 days. I just booked a hotel with no windows in Paddington and I could have gotten a better location in London for much cheaper than I paid for

ОтветитьNewsflash: Londoners hate being packed into a hot and sweaty double decker bus.
ОтветитьFun fact, Canada also has red (and a couple pink) double decker buses. They're just an older style, and used mostly for tours instead of public transportation.
ОтветитьThere are bus route changes now route 11 Stops at Waterloo. I would recommend route 26 From Victoria instead.
ОтветитьWe LOVE Central London! My wife lived in Marylebone and I lived in Barking. We met in Belgravia 36 years ago. We're planning to move back right now. Thank you so much for putting this on. You have don well!
ОтветитьI’m not the type of person who views these types of videos, but since I’m visiting in the middle of July, I have found this channel to be extremely helpful in planning my trip. I’m not sure how me and my wife will fair with all the attractions, but I’m sure we’ll be fine.
ОтветитьThe Beatles are from London?
ОтветитьI visited London in 1981.when I was in grade 2.beautiful is London as you are .keep it up
ОтветитьIs there some day or week pass?
ОтветитьI love what you do and helping people. Could you please make a video or even suggest a romantic tour for couples like niche things or experiences . Thanks.
ОтветитьI learned the hard way in Dublin that when the bus is coming you basically have to flag it down. I saw you put your arm out , so do you have to wave a city bus down also?
ОтветитьDon't forget that the Beatles members all were born and bred in Liverpool, and the Gallagher's were born and bred in Manchester.
ОтветитьYou can do the second one in lots of places. All around the globe.
ОтветитьThanks. nicely done presentation..just bought 2 tickets for mousetrap!
ОтветитьAMAZING ;)
ОтветитьDo some videos about “chori bazar” THE THIEFS MARKET” known as British museum 😅
ОтветитьGo to all the food markets you can find. My favourites include Spitalfields, Mayfair, Vauxhall and seven dials
ОтветитьI wanted to know if The mousetrap play by Agatha Christie runs during Christmas? Anyone has any idea ?
Ответитьfyi - If you don't feel like paying the high entry fee for the meridian line you can follow the fence around and the line continues and there's a better sign than the one inside!
Ответитьim from london but i thought the beetles were from liverpool
ОтветитьWhere we can buy the tickets for the mousetrap
ОтветитьThank you so much Jess for your very informative blogs about London. You are amazing. keep up the good work. I am so excited now to visit London. Cant wait, it gives me more confidence to explore the City of London because of your straight forward tips. You are a blessing indeed Jess.
ОтветитьWhat is your experience with London Theater Direct :)
I have considered ordering through there.
I’m staying in Britton, but missed one day on my reservation so have to do one “outside” day. I planned to stay in shoreditch (expensive) and currently have booked a day in Greenwich…is soho a better choice for one day of exploring? I’m not a typical tourist…and it’s not my first time to London
ОтветитьMy travel agent offered to book me a hop on hop off London bus tour in May and I was able to say I'd rather save the money and take the #11 bus instead
ОтветитьHeading there in April for the first time, so excited 😀
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI'm happy I've just discovered your channel. I was in London last year in July and I absolutely loved the city. The architecture (narrow streets, terraced houses, bay windows), unique shops' decorations, flowers, squares, buses, ferries and food. And I met friendly and helpful people. I hope to come back one day.
ОтветитьThere is a service A bus that uses 1960’s Routemaster buses 7 days a week, it runs from Waterloo to Piccadilly Circus 7 days a week and you can buy a single fare for £2 between 9-5
ОтветитьI’m so glad to see London clean and ready to receive tourists around the world 🌎
ОтветитьGood to see the No 11 Bus again. I used to catch this almost daily to get to my place of work in the early 80's. ... My place of work was Gerald Road Police Station in Victoria which has since been converted to a private dwelling.
ОтветитьBE OUT NUMBERED in our own capital by coloureds??????? deport the lot of them. Foisted on us.
ОтветитьVisiting London, or England as a matter of fact for the first time next week! excited and will be watching more of your videos to shape up our itinerary !
ОтветитьOkay but don’t say that London was home to the Beatles! Liverpool. Liverpool is the city you’re thinking of.
ОтветитьHi Jess, what are your suggestions for first time London travelers that will be spending 24 hours there like us. We're going to Paris next summer and we plan on taking the Eurostar out of Gare du Nord ay 9 in the morning, spend the day in London, sleep over and visit some more the next day and take the 6pm train back to Paris. There's already a few spots we want to check out like Buckingham Palace, the Beatles crosswalk, the London Transport Museum and have real deal OG fish and chips in a non touristy area. Of course we'll ride a double decker TfL bus and I'll be photographing a lot of them as well. I'll be checking out more videos from your channel. Cheers and Happy New Year from Montreal, QC Canada!
ОтветитьLondon will end up like Mogadishu or Detroit or any other 3rd world sh1thole, so enjoy it while you can. Just get a life insurance before you enter.
ОтветитьYou can only visit London, in London
ОтветитьGreat video. Thanks!
ОтветитьSO....in February/March 2023...I'll be visiting UK for a month. Much of that time will be spent traveling, by train, all over England/Scotland, but, I will be starting off with THREE days in London. Will be sure to get the 101 Book!
As of right now, I think I'am going to be at a hotel in Chelsea. Though, open to suggestions. Want a location that is easily accessible, as I'll be doing some sightseeing, along with seeing friends ALL OVER the city and surrounding area.
london is garbage overpriced too many people hate it
ОтветитьAs someone who is going to be visiting his loved ones in London soon, that too for the first time - I could not have asked for a more thorough yet intuitive virtual travel guide. Keep up the great work and hope we run into you!
<3 from Chicago.
Proud to call it my captital.
