Why Is Hurricane Helene Getting NO Federal Support?

No one requests fema help for old hermits or windows and widowers and introverts. Everything returns to the bank. Lost souls never counted. Yeah. FEMA is supposed to be in charge and leading the way. It seems like when FEMA confiscates stuff its because it was requested. By whom?

I have tried and tried to tell people that the GOV won't help. They will not help because they caused the hurrican and floods. The DoD destroyed the dams becaue they want the land for lithium. Yes, they want NC lithium. They used weather weapons to cause all this. They want to kill off and drive people away. I was related to the GOV for decades. I know what they are doing. So wake up people. There is much more to this. If people are leaving the area then that just what the GOV wants. Meaning you lost { peple}and they won. FEMA only used the excuse that the militia was threatening them so they could leave the area. The militia knows what the GOV does. Most of them were in the military and know how evil the GOV is. Yes, they put toxins in the soil to kill more people off. You can thank the president and vice president and the deep state for all this mass destructon.

I, as a citizen of NC, will write our governor about all this. I have followed the devastation of my neighbors very closely. I do know the administrator, or someone in a very high ranking, with FEMA was in Raleigh for a good while when all this began. She promised help would come. I feel our Gov. should kick-butt and get help to those who need it. Where are the Army, and National Guard? They would have the equipment and know-how to get this area cleared. NCDOT should be rebuilding their bridges, not citizens or volunteers. I must say, without volunteers, these areas would still be in about the same shape they were just after Helene. After the wind and snow of the last few nights, none of these folks should be sleeping in tents, cars, etc. !!!!

Why is this a question? FEMA asked Trumps little Johnson to call back congress from its month long, taxpayer paid, vacation to provide additional funding and Mike said it wasn't an emergency and it could wait until after the election. Congress holds the purse strings and they flipped FEMA the bird because a democrat created the agency. Suck it up. You voted for them. Then New Mexico had serious flooding so they required manpower and funding to deal with that. And NC citizens didn't want to leave their homes because 'the government will come and take your land' and we all know where they got that idea don't we. And I don't understand why there is CONSTANT, almost daily 'reporting' by You-Tubers saying North Carolina citizens have been abandoned when there are crews everywhere cleaning up debris, making roads usable, searching for bodies, cleaning debris from lakes. Do they think it's all done by charitable organizations or it's all getting done for free? God isn't providing nor is he paying for those helicopters and their fuel or the trucks and their fuel or the workers. FEMA has established both stationary and mobile DRC's all over the effected areas. If people don't want to be bothered to find their way there that's on them. To say that they're being ignored and abandoned is BS and sounds like you're all extremely ungrateful for the work that is being done and the assistance being available. And I can only think it's political. Shame on you.

Just last week they found a lady in who has been cooking daily over meals for elderly & disabled out of a tent, which collapsed from the snow now. Finding more pockets of people who have not seen anyone to help them. Watch his last video all the way through, he could use some wisdom of knowledge in navigating how to get more help from local, state reps as Jeff Gallemore spoke of.

They were here day 1 and are still here. In fact, folks kept spreading disinfo like yours and they had to be withdrawn because of threats against people actually here to help. That is what's wrong here. FEMA is helping with housing, food, medical and claims. Get off your behind and come help out to find out.

I have been there. Going again in about a week. I know what the people who I'm helping have been told. So shove it.

I live in Hot Springs Arkansas in 2011 we had a massive tornado come through took most of the roof off my house I had six waterfalls in my house from water pouring through the roof and 29+ trees down in my yard it was terrible there was a lot of distructions for many miles when we went to FEMA to ask what they can do to help us a 12-pack of water in a 10 x 10 blue tarp that's all they gave us that's all they had they weren't given anything else they never offered anybody any other kind of support, I'm not being ugly I'm just saying what is true the church down the road set up and did breakfast and dinners for the community other churches came from other cities and states and brought buckets full of cleaning supplies and wet wipes things that would help for cleanup Some brought food we were without electricity for two and a half weeks it was a really hard time I never understood why FEMA couldn't help more since that's what they were supposed to do and they just set up a canopy and set at a table FEMA never got out and went around to check on anyone to see if anybody needed assistance nothing they stayed in their chairs under the canopies while all the churches drove from house to house to see what they can do to help true story I truly thought that's what FEMA were about was coming in and helping with disaster maybe they just had a bad manager in our area at the time I don't know but I believe we can do better as people

His mercy and compassion are in everything you all are doing. Keep bringing the truth and reality of this situation to light. This is such a large area of devastation no one organization can handle the needs. But the lack of help with heavy equipment and proper heavy trucks is unexceptable. They could be doing so much more. This is the largest, most costly and largest loss of life in US history and it's being muted. What's going on and why aren't they receiving help? Call and write your state officials demand answers. This could be any of us. American citizens left to fend for themselves.

He can only confirm what he is seeing in his area. He has no idea what's happening elsewhere. God bless him for helping, but being hand in hand with FEMA and Red Cross is nothing to be proud of. There are numerous videos of biologists that are testing the mud and it is toxic in many areas. Animals have infact died from it and humans have received burns from it. Unfortunately this has become political which is such a disservice to those in need. Reports this week are showing FEMA contractors cleaning debris. Meanwhile, those who lost everything have yet to receive any help from FEMA. Some of the contractors have been on video saying they have yet to receive their payment from FEMA so they will have to leave because they can't continue to work and not be paid.

FEMA can't act if not requested?? WTH?? Entire portions of several states were wiped out. It should be obvious that FEMA needs to out to the people and see what needs are?? If infrastructure is wiped out how can people go where needed to ask for said help? FEMA needs to fly into the affected areas to find out what the needs are.

FEMA is not an insurance company and is currently responding to over 20 natural disaster declarations across the country. The Governor of each state is directly responsible for working with and through FEMA to leverage funding. Other elected officials (mayors, city councilors, town managers, etc.) do not have the same leverage that the Governor has. If people are frustrated and wondering about the lack of response, deal with the Governors office!!!!!

There was a video, that which someone requested that individuals who were standing on a debris pile climb down and leave, due to suspected remains of people who were lost. He left and they lit the pile on fire, their remains were not able to be located .

Trying to find out or at least maybe have a decent idea about utilizing all the down trees. If I had one of those portable saw mills I would be there. But could one not cut up down trees for lumber so the residents around would have access to dimensional lumber. They could then at least build a small structure to help deal with this winters cold.

This is why we need to freelance! As Christian, we are to love and help each other. The government should have 0 part. Red Cross is the 1 one government organization I will not donate or give blood. What you give they charge! They decide who to help. Soldiers pay to have blood transplants. These government organizations have no right to choose who we help and who doesn't! Get out from under business names. Keep yourself open and listen to God! I truly believe there is a reason God says stay away from tiles. The money you pay into these organizations save that money. Ask God what you can to help. Gather friends those you can depend on and together we can make our country great again.

I grew up very near Pensacola. I call total bullshit that the number of missing is in the hundreds. That's a big chunk of the population. Everybody knows everybody in Mitchell Avery and Yancey, and in the age of social media, that many people would not be still missing without everyone knowing exactly who they are. There could possibly be people nobody ever knew were living there, but that number would be very low I can guarantee you.
