ОтветитьPhew, apparently I haven't been stretching enough and I tore my knee muscle (?) doing the squats. This one is good, I am sweating head to toe and feel sore.

ОтветитьThank you. I've been trying different begginer workouts and a lot of times they're too difficult. Even though I wasn't able to do all of this perfectly, it was still realistic for this beginner.

Edit: Had to take it slow on some of them, and I briefly faltered on one; but, on the second try, I managed to follow through on the whole thing. It feels great!
It's soo nice have a video to work out with~! I just started working out again today, and I can only get up to the 15 minute mark. Hopefully by next week I can achieve the full video mark!

ОтветитьI was encouraged then I read the comments and saw how everyone finds this so easy and now I feel worthless. I’ve finally took the leap and started thinking more about my health and fitness so yesterday, I tried this workout. I made it through the first eight minutes and had to rest for five minutes but came back to it and made it through the first 12 minutes total before I had to stop- my legs just gave out. (I did do some wall pushups to give my arms some bloodflow) Today I made it through the first 15 minutes and only took a 30 second rest this time but I can’t make it past that. I know it’s only my second day but other people are finishing the entire workout on day 1.
I currently weigh 362 and I find myself disgusting these days. This is my biggest I’ve ever been. I can hardly find clothes in stores that fit me. That’s embarrassing. The clothes I do find are nowhere near cool because they’re made for fat people. I used to be in shape and go to the gym daily and life just hit me. Once you start sitting, it’s easy to stay there and eventually, you’re 362 pounds asking yourself how the hell you could do that to yourself. I lost my mom a week after my birthday six months ago at the age of 55. She faced health issues her entire adult life and eventually also became a larger woman herself which made things much, much worse. I don’t want that for myself or my family. I need to reclaim my life but I feel like I should be able to do more than a 10 minute workout without being totally exhausted, drenched in sweat and gasping for air. I hope I’m not the only one.

ОтветитьI love you channel and really love how you have great beginners work outs for people like me. I was trying to find something I can keep up with and that also works on the things I want to work on when it comes to my body and me trying to get into shape. Thank God for you.
