But it’s weird how now incidents of Russia miscommunication and the Russians making horrendous mistakes are making their way to Kaliningrad, an exclave of Russia that isn’t even close to the ã Russian mainland. We are in a weird time period.

Don't know about the footage of the aircraft, but wasn't the footage of the "explosion" due to a missile attack on Russian positions on the left bank of the Dnipro in Kherson a couple of weeks back?
