How far is the sequence break planet from the main city hub thing planet? I can see myself stumbling on something like this in open world game that isn't randomized morrowind terrain.

For anybody who is getting replies from other commenters attempting to make you feel like shit and encourage self harm and worse: Please know words from them carry no more weight than what you decide they do.
